The team was very professional on the phone and quick to get a service time. The cleaning was very thorough and the technicians explained all their activities. I also call them recently to get info on a AC problem I was having. Scott Jasion took time to discuss the issue and recommended several local AC experts that could help.

The project went very well. They arrived promptly and set up my home with floor coverings and wore protective booties over their shoes. They accommodated my cat during the process. The cleaning took about 4 1/2 hrs. There was no mess or dust during or after cleaning and the noise was minimal. Ductz provides before and after photos so you can see the results (which were good!). The technicians, Sean and Sam were professional, efficient and friendly. I'd recommend this company without reservations.

Even though the process requires them to be in every room of the house, Sean and Sam were very respectful and went about their job in a most professional manner. They inspected the entire house before they left to make sure everything was in order. Very pleased.

Exceptional well very professional. Used a company who has monthly advertising insert in the monthly "Money Mailer" packet of coupons, they were very underwhelming, the short of it is they did not do very good work. I contacted "Ductz" of the Upper Bay Region. Their were pleasure to work with and did an excellent job of cleaning my dryer vent duct, which is much longer than most homes. I would highly recommend "Dutcz" to anyone needing any type of air duct cleaning work preformed.

Ductz provides an excellent service. They arrived on time and prepared to work. The technicians used drop cloths, booties and other gear to protect my home. They were clean, professional and communicated throughout the process to explain what they were doing. Their report after the cleaning is a nice touch and contains lots of before and after photos. The house is over 50yrs old and this was the first duct cleaning. Ductz made it worth every penny.

The crew was prompt, professional and courteous. They used the latest in duct cleaning equipment, explained the procedures and answered all of our questions. They cleaned all room air registers and return vent grills, wall and floor ducts, HVAC unit, blower motor and installed a new air filter. They protected our hardwood floors and carpets, and cleaned up before they departed. Exceptional service at a great price. Highly recommended.

DUCTZ did an excellent job! Everyone I've interacted with in this company is very nice, professional and detail-oriented. They answered all of my questions and explained the process very well. The company sent a three-man team to my house and they worked hard through an entire day. They were also very kind and patient to my many pets some of which were frightened by the noise and others who wanted to play with the guys, and careful not to leave doors open. DUCTZ cleaned up everything very carefully at the end of the project, and the air in the house immediately smelled and felt cleaner. The next day, they emailed me many "before" and "after" photos of the interior of the ducts, vents and returns, which showed a big change. The ductwork in the after photos actually looks shiny and new, which I attribute to their system of using both blowers and scrubbers. I will call them again in the future and highly recommend this company.

The crew arrived, wearing DUCTZ apparel, at the agreed upon time. We walked through and counted all the supply and return vents and agreed on the price. They put down drop cloths and brought in their equipment and got to work. They were very professional and answered all my questions. It took about four hours the complete the work. Throughout the process, they were careful and did a very thorough cleaning of all the ducts and register covers. Cleaning was documented with photos which were provided after the job. I would definitely use them again with no hesitation.

It took the better part of 6 hours, but they managed to clean the ducts so well that the ducts looked newly installed once they were finished. I was amazed at how much construction dust and debris remained from the renovation prior to me purchasing the home that the seller contractors left behind. The team (consisting of two gentleman), showed up promptly, assessed where they would start and worked diligently and highly efficiently from the basement to the top floor of my home clearing the vents of what sounded like massive amount of debris from the vents. Some vents were so clogged that the before and after photos looked like night and day. Scott and his team member where very kind, very couteous and helpful with answering all my questions and concerns. I will be using them again in the future, but highly recommend them to everyone if you want the job done right and done the first time.

DUCTZ provided outstanding service. The team did an amazing job on our home and we do notice the difference. It is somewhat frightening to see what has accumulated in the ducts in your home. I highly recommend using Scott Jaison and his team. Don't be taken in by less expensive alternatives. The DUCTZ service truly cleans your entire HVAC system. We have a large home with two complete HAVC systems - the DUCTZ team spent the entire day cleaning and removing debris.
