Charlotte and her team were absolutely wonderful. They were very professional and effective. Having moved from across the country and knowing nothing of the area, Charlotte was so helpful in explaining all that the various communities have to offer. She was extremely knowledable on the buying process, found us many properties to view, and was very patient with our many requests. In a very competitive market, she helped us secure the house we dreamed of. The process was smooth and low stress thanks to Charlotte and her team. If we should ever decide to sell this home, we would for sure use her again.

Amy Studdard is an incredible agent. She was knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and incredibly helpful through the entire process start to finish! Every time I contacted her or had questions she was always quick to respond, which is so important when you're in the market for a new house. She was always available to look at houses and knew EXACTLY what I was looking for! She absolutely took care of my family and I and we found the PERFECT house that we love! There were a few issues, but they had nothing to do with the actions of the Savoy Team. They all worked to ensure that all my needs were met and that I was protected as their client. I worked directly with Erica Washington and she was excellent. The entire group provided the support I needed to make my purchase.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Charlotte and her team. Her work ethic and dedication is unmatched. She was always on time, always responsive, always willing to go the extra mile for us. Sometimes it was like she was reading my mind and she would answer a question right before I asked it. Her team takes a modern approach to the home selling process. They understand that buyers these days are deciding whether or not they like a house from what they see online, before they even step foot inside. It can be a challenge to find someone that is current with technology and social media, but that still has a lot of practical, real-world experience. Charlotte and her team really do have the best of both worlds. We purchased a new home before we were even ready to sell the house we currently owned. To put it short, they sold our house for above list price, for more than what we expected to get, the first day the house was on the market. We closed on that sale even before we closed on our new house. That should tell you all you need to know. I will always call The Savoy Team first to sell my properties in the future. Charlotte and Amy were excellent to work with. They know the area, were responsive, made the whole process easy and straightforward. I went from contact to selling in 3 months, from listing to under contract in 3 weeks. Amy was my primary contact and she was sensitive to my needs and feelings about what needed to be done to get the house on the market to sell it for the best price.

I'm a very analytical person by nature (which makes me good at my job) but the Savoy team dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's. We started our house searching without representation. By shear happen stance, we connected with Amy Studdard from the Savoy team as our agent as I had made an inquiry about a house. She was everything we were looking for in an agent: great personality, knowledgeable, clear in communication, and had OUR best interest at heart. After we found the house we truly love...after taking the time to meet us at 13 different homes (we're picky :) the rest of the Savoy team kicked in gear. I'm happy to say that they really went to bat for us (Charlotte and Amy), seemingly working as if they received no commission for their work but rather for the pure joy of providing great service and connecting people with their dream home. They went FAR beyond what I imagined in terms of their accessibility, advice, and negotiating. After our contract was accepted, we were assigned a client care coordinator (Jen) who assisted our agent (Amy Studdard) from that point forward. Her job was to ensure a smooth and timely transaction, update us on the happenings of our purchase, and to help coordinate all of the third parties involved on your behalf. Without representation at the time, Amy showed us our the home so we could see if we were a good fit--so glad fortune favored us. I was very impressed with her punctuality, knowledge of the area, background research, and her awesome personality. Needless to say, we selected her to help us find our home. From start to finish, we really felt like she was on our side 100% of the time and we appreciated her honesty and transparency throughout as we didn't want an agent who was just trying to get that quick sale and be "on their merry way." Amy far exceeded my expectations and did so much work behind the scenes for us, including all of the negotiations and back-and-forth with the selling agent. Charlotte Savoy helped me find the perfect first home for me and my children. She is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and kept the whole process on track. I met Charlotte in March of 2001 by referral. She has always been a high energy professional full of important and up to date real estate information. She is an eternal student even though she is definitely an expert and mentor. What?s even better is the personal care she gives and her organic warm and loving personality. She has a way of making you feel special as if you are her only client. It was my first home buying experience and she simplified and educated me in the process. It felt like she was by my side from the beginning to the end. She has a great team and a network of individuals who mirror her good vibes. Charlotte invited me to multiple client appreciation events and cookouts. There were always great games and raffles and my family and I always won great prizes. I receive holiday cards and neat tips and advice throughout the year. She even remembered my birthday every year and would arrange for me to receive a large cookie from the Great American Cookie Company. My kids looked forward to it each year. When it was time to sale my home in 2007, I called her. Eventually, I purchased another home in 2009 and sold it in 2014 with her assistance as my Relator. When I am ready to purchase again, she will be the person I call. Charlotte is my Relator of choice! Need to buy or sell a home? Who?re you gonna call? Charlotte Savoy!!!

I highly recommend Charlotte and her team. Both the sale and purchase of my homes were smooth and well explained to me. Charlotte is very timely with her responses and detailed with explanations of questions about the legal documents. In regards to the purchase of my new condo: I knew what building I wanted to be in and what view I wanted, there were no condos fitting my criteria on the market. Charlotte and her team reached out to unit owners fitting my requirements and were able to find me the condo of my dreams at the price point I was comfortable with. Her recommendations on loan options and mortgage lenders was invaluable and saved me a lot of time and money. In regards to the sale of my home: Charlotte and her team marketed my home to the neighborhood and multiple internet routes before it was to go on the market. Her professional photographer took amazing photos and her team scheduled multiple open houses for once the house went on the market. I received and offer BEFORE my house went on the market for higher than my original asking price. The sale process was easy and she was able to recommend service providers to fix items in the home during the sale process. Closing went smooth.
