Workers arrived and spent more than seven hours working on my chimney, pointing , laying bricks , replacing 3 flues, resealing flashing and much more to eliminate rain water leaking into ceiling of living room. Execellent workmanship, went out of their way to clean roof and debris in yard. This company is great and owner Peter Holden goes out of his way to help you. I was convinced by the owner that the 3rd generation company could fix my roof leaks. One day after they left rain poured in through the sky light and ruined the hardwood floors. There is also extensive damage in my ground floor office with water soaking the walls and coming through the ceiling recessed lighting. There is too much inside damage after the roof was fixed to describe it all here. There are promises to 'Make it right' but if they couldn't fix it initially......I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Peter, the owner, actually came to my house to look at the water stains in the ceilings and into the attic to determine where the water was coming from. Another company just listened to my concerns and emailed an estimate, which was substantially cheaper but either would not have fixed the entire problem or I would be hit with a larger bill if they did the work.

Very happy with everything. While some companies just sent an estimate without actually looking at my gutters, Peter came out, got up on the roof and looked to see what the issues were. He then made recommendations based on the current gutter system, roof, and structure. He was very clear and forthcoming about everything that would be included in the project. Since this was an outdoor project and the weather was changeable, we ran on a flexible schedule wherein I'd get a call if the weather was cooperating & the team was able to complete the job; this worked well as I would not need to be home for the team to complete the project. Sure enough, I got a call and the truck showed up within about an hour or so. I went off to work and came home to beautiful, new gutters on my home. They look great and perform perfectly...which I learned quickly as it poured that very night. Excellent customer service and an unbeatable warranty. When the time comes to replace the roof, I will absolutely call Admiral again as well as recommend them to anyone needing roof/gutter projects completed.
