Peter Holden and his crew were terrific. They not only installed the gutters and downspouts on my two story house and the detached garage, but repaired and painted the fascia board and other trim that had been damaged over the past couple of years while the roof and gutters were leaking. The gutters are wider and covered - a big improvement over the old gutters - and they have a lifetime guarantee. The house and garage took three days, and each day they completely cleaned up. I plan on hiring them again for some major work on the outside porches.

The neighbors complimented our new gutters. They did a wonderful job and were done with our 2 story home in half a day.

Our gutters and fascia board were completely rotted and ruined, and this company came and made it perfect again. As new homeowners, we didn t have much of a budget but Admiral Home Improvements was fair, and fast - less than three days from estimate to completion. They went above and beyond in their work, and our house looks beautiful now. I would recommend Peter Holden and his company to anyone who wants good work, done fast, for a reasonable price!

While they were not the cheapest estimate we got for the job, they were prompt, reliable, and I trusted them to do the job correctly. Guarantee their services. It is often hard to tell if a roof repair has been done properly. Other repairs have been done which have not addressed the root problem. Think the work done by Admiral does not fall into that category. Would hire them again.

The work seems to be well done. The workers were prompt and professional and cleaned the site very well when finished. I contracted them to repair a leak in my garage roof. It hasn't rained heavily since the repair but it has rained and the inside of the garage is dry. I am pleased with this company.

The workers showed up at dawn and stayed until almost dark. It took 1 1/2 days mostly because I had some under-roof damage. I'm completely satisfied with the work.

Admiral came to inspect a leak suspected from my roof. After a thorough inspection, better than anyone else, they said they could not see a specific area for the leak from the roof. Did some caulking of one of my pipe boots which might have caused the problem and suggested I get a plumber to check to see if I might have a small leaking pipe before I get the roof opened up. I will call them back if there is no plumbing issue. Extremely nice and seemed very honest.

I was contacted by Peter Holden after requesting a pro to help with a roof leak. He came out the next day and gave me an evaluation of the immediate problem as well as of the overall health of our roof. I really appreciated the options and advice he offered to us as well as his gentle way of explaining. He did the repair when we weren’t home so sent us texts and photos about the job. He answered all of my questions and was incredibly polite. I trust Mr. Holden and would recommend him to anyone.

Hired to fix leak from inside chimney. Peter the owner offered an all bases covered solution and is very responsive. Crew on time and clean-up thorough. Before and after pictures provided. Were able to complete a two-day job in one with the addition of additional crew in the afternoon. Time will tell if the solutions solved the issue. Ten year warranty offers peace of mind.

Had roof leak around my chimney. Peter is very helpful. They came and did the job, but I will have no idea if it worked until we have had several rains. I am betting the job works
