Wooten Appliance

My experience with Wooten Appliance was good. He did say that he was going to call to follow up but he never did. He's professional.

They give themselves a VERY LARGE window of service (10 AM to 3 PM) and then showed up at the very end. There were oh so many things I could have done with that time if I'd known they weren't coming until 3. Got the olive pits out of the garbage disposal and showed me how to keep the blades sharp. Showed me how to protect the dishwasher from hard water. Suggested how to make the glasses come out less cloudy. Pulled the refrigerator out and showed me how to vacuum vents. Only negative: The refrigerator is making a lot more noise than it did before. Showed me where the trap is in the washer and told me how to access it and clean it out. Cleaned out the lint in the dryer hose.

I had purchased a deal for appliance tune-up and garbage disposal inspections. They arrived on time and did the purchased services.

It went excellently. All my appliance were in good order and working at top capacity. His only sugestion was to replace the washer hoses for those that last a lifetime. I decided to check into that when I replace the washer since there was nothing wrong with mine.

The tech checked everything as specified and provided great explanations for why he was checking things as he was. He also provided some really great tips for keeping our appliances running smoothly as well as items to be aware of as trouble indicators.

I explained that I had some issues with the washer not draining properly. The technician gave me some tips on that and keeping the machine clean to avoid mold/mildew because its a front loading washer. The technician also checked the outside dryer vent to ensure it wasn't blocked. I am very happy with the service and will definitely use Wooten Appliance again.

We never saw the cause, but the smell did stop, so some how it was found and cleaned out.

I would never use this provider again. The first time we scheduled the appointment, they were late and ended up having to schedule another day. Then, when the serviceman arrived, he did something to our overhead built in microwave and it no longer worked. Wooten came out again and didn't take responsibility for the fact that the microwave no longer works. $500 later we had a different provider put in a new microwave since the old one is no longer useable. It is depressing in this day and age that customer service means absolutely nothing.

Excellent work. Technician arrived on time, explained what he planned to do, and git to work . He was polite, very knowledgeable and made suggestions to clean the inside of my dishwasher, sharpen disposal blades and keep my washer and dryer working in top condition for a longer time span. When he looked at the back of my refrigerator, he offered to sweep up the dust on the floor behind it. He was very efficient and his advice will keep my appliances running longer.

It went good with Wooten Appliance. They said we could schedule it for one day and they didn't at that time. It was a rental property that I had to go and I was waiting and waiting, finally I called and they said they were four hours behind and you need to wait. I said I can't wait for four hours in a rental property so basically they have to reschedule it, it was some kind of miscommunication. Other than that, that was good. The next time, they gave me a two hour period and they called me 30 minutes before and they did a good job fixing whatever was needed in the refrigerator.

Identified that the control unit was bad. Estimated new one would cost $120. I gave the go ahead but actual cost was ~$180 plus labor. Control unit was installed and tested on the spot. To date everything works fine.

It worked out very well. They did a very good job so I was very pleased with it. They seemed very thorough and knowledgeable. They didn’t make a mess and were very pleasant. They covered all the appliances. They did a very good job in removing all the lint and cleaning behind everything and checking everything out. It was just a check of the appliance and cleaning. It wasn’t a repair. Everything is working fine. They did a very good job. They were efficient. My interaction was very pleasant. The guy who came was very nice. He was informative when I asked questions. It was a big deal purchase. I don’t have a whole lot of comparison on price. I saw them on Angie’s List.

The serviceman was very personable, answered my questions and gave me a few hints for dishwasher & garbage disposal. He did come a little later than I had expected.

It was money well spent. My dryer was full of lint internally. I suspected that even though I empty the lint trap after every use. My dishwasher was off balance. It had worked itself loose. But all is well now. I also learned quite a bit about the disposal care and the dishwasher. Very pleased!

The service tech was friendly, knowledgeable and made suggestion on things I could do to get my dryer work more efficiently.

It was great. He was very through. He cleaned what needed to be cleaned. He showed me how to defrost my freezer.

He washed me how to do a thorough cleaning, how to mix cleaning liquids to maintain a clean cycle. We ran couple cycles while he waited for it to finish. He also assisted in helping clean clean under my dishwasher, and gave me ideas on the up keeping of my appliances.Very friendly and professional. I will sure use them again.

I bought their Big Deal; it worked out very well. The dishwasher is secure again. The price was just average; that is about what every repair person charges for an hour’s work.

They were absolutely wonderful. The person that came to my home was very helpful, had good advice, and couldn't have been nicer.

They were quick, nice, and communicative. However, there was nothing special about the service they provided.

We signed up because we had a dishwasher leak, a non-working ice maker and a question about how well the disposal was working. The leak was a simple gasket adjustment. The technician pulled out the ice maker and fixed it, noting that the fix might or might not work for more than a few days (and if not, that we would need a new ice maker unit). So far, so good. After testing, he told us the disposal inefficiency was a plumbing problem, and not the disposal itself. All of these issues involved no extra charge beyond the Big Deal price. He found a part in the dryer that was wearing out and replaced it, which cost an additional $50. We were very satisfied with our experience. The technician was professional and pleasant. Would definitely use this company again.

The service provider did a great job and had lots of helpful tips for taking care of problems and/or maintaining in optimal condition my appliances (fridge, dishwasher, laundry in particular).

They were good. They cleaned something and changed some parts and waved the magic wand and it worked.

It went perfectly. It was a snowy day and he showed up right on time. He thoroughly explained the problem and explained some "inside baseball" about dryers and washers. I would recommend this company to anyone.
