This went really well. He was here right on time. The guy checked everything out and fixed something on the dishwasher while he was here. He was a real nice guy and got it all done quickly. He explained everything and was very nice to my dog. It was exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely use him in the future.

I purchased the Angie's big deal for checking the washer, dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher. The gentleman arrived right on time check the appliances. In checking the dryer vent he discovered a bird's nest. I am so glad he checked because he definitely prevented a fire. He did replace the washing machine hoses for an additional fee. He cleaned up after himself was extremely pleasant and quick

Very friendly and competent provider. Was late but called ahead so I was aware. Answered all of our questions and even demonstrated ways to fix things we didn't have him out for originally. Only issue is when you call for an appointment it is very difficult to get anyone on the phone.

Parts needed to be ordered but scheduling installation took longer than we would have liked as contractor is not in our area so they needed to coordinate with other trips. Overall, we were satisfied with their work

My fridge stopped dispensing water and my appliances had never been checked in 5 years so I thought I'd get the repairs assessed and the other appliances checked out all at the same time. The technician could not diagnose the issue with the refrigerator water dispenser as he could not locate the fridge's water supply. I still have a non-functioning water dispenser with no suggestions of what to do next. He did vacuum behind the refrigerator with my vacuum cleaner. My dishwasher was not properly secured to the wall and he fixed that. Cleaning my dishwasher consisted of running it through a cycle with my vinegar in it. This was not my expectation as the coupon stated "cleaning out the food catch & drain line; running cycle of commercial cleaning agent through the machine to remove hard water stains, minerals, and calcium build-up". I clean my dishwasher with vinegar already so I didn't see the value here. The technician turned the garbage disposal on and off and told me to run a couple of cups of ice through it once a month. The coupon stated that "thoroughly cleaning the disposal to eliminate and food build-up and unpleasant odors" was included. I did not feel like a service was provided here. In the laundry room, the technician checked my washer and dryer but did not vacuum out the lint. He did tell me that my dryer vent didn't seem to be working and recommended I call someone else. All in all, I did not feel like this was a valuable service. I would likely call someone else for repairs in the future.

After looking at our refrigerator, the repair person explained that with these latest models, GE has introduced a computer-based, diagnostic port on the back of the unit. As such, only a GE-authorized repair person can run diagnostics on them. Sounds similar to running diagnostic analysis on the computer in a car. He suspects the problem is either the thermistor, or the CPU board, which controls the thermistor. But since he cannot run the diagnostics required to specify the issue, he could not say for sure. He recommended we contact GE directly. I want to point out that Wooten did not charge us anything for this visit, even though it was entirely within their rights to bill for a trip charge. This is a sure sign of an honest, ethical business and I cannot thank them enough for that. We used them a few years ago for a washing machine repair and that worked out great. That experience combined with this one will have me using Wooten and recommending them to others in the future. Thanks!

The repairman understood the problem and was familiar with our model of dishwasher. He took care to protect our floors while he worked, which was thoughtful. The dishwasher had not drained due to a clog, which he found and removed. It was a very good experience; and I was happy to have the problem fixed within a day of when I first contacted them about the problem.

It was a very small job. They looked at something and cleaned few things out, like the dishwasher. The one thing I did have unfortunately was my refrigerator was making noise and when they came it wasn’t. They were efficient. They really didn’t do that much.

Neal the technician arrived as scheduled and he walked me through the process of checking and monitoring all the appliances he inspected the garage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and freezer. One thing he demonstrated that really stood out for me was the use of vinegar in my dishwasher and washing machine to keep the tubings patent and of any debri.

My dealings with Wooten have been excellent. Messages were responded to promptly and they were easy to work with to schedule service. As for the person who serviced the dishwasher - you couldn't ask for a nicer, more professional person. The service was quick and the dishwasher now works fine.

It went well. The worker checked all the items included in the offer. He made recommendations on how to keep all items in top shape with things that I could do myself. It was a really good deal.

Friendly convenient, helpful, and happy to replaced and extend a long hose behind the washer before it might brake down. It was all a good service.

The technician (Daryl) was on time, professional, and courteous. He was able to fix the problems I was having with the refrigerator and dryer. I was very satisfied with the repair work that he did.

They did not service my area and asked that I request a refund. They did this very promptly.

The technician that responded to do the work was professional and was pleased. My washing machine started to have problems, would not drain during the spin cycle, the week before the technician came. The technician explained the timer was faulty. He provided a temporary fix to the timer and advise it should be replaced soon. Within a several weeks the problem with the washing machine returned. I contacted Wooten Appliance to schedule an appointment. I was told they would only schedule an appointment from 10 AM to 2 PM. Was difficult to schedule with my work schedule. The work Wooten Appliance was good but with them in Maryland and my residence in Virginia it was difficult scheduling. I would recommend them to one who lives nearby and is home during those hours.

The appointment started with a couple of email exchanges trying to set a date when their repair staff would be in the northern VA area. After examining a couple of alternatives, I elected to change my schedule to be available when they would be in Northern VA. As usual, they gave me a 4 hour window when their staff would be coming - and provided my cell phone number as my contact number as part of my reply. When the 4 hour window came and went with no repairman, I called their offices - and there was no one available to take my call. I elected not to leave a message - wanting to talk to a person. Twenty minutes later - I called again. Still no one answered the call so I elected to leave a detailed message. Another 20 minutes passed and then I received a call back from the office manager explaining how she had incorrectly copied down my cell phone number (?? from my email response ??). Hence the repairman was unable to make contact with us - and had gone on to another job And she reported she was in contact with her repairman and he would be able to be at my house within 3/4 of an hour. Long story short - when he wasn't here, after an hour - I was making another call to the office - when he arrived. The good news is - he was very courteous and quickly fixed the drier door. Then he ran several tests on both our washer and drier, reporting that all was in full working order and in very good condition. My bottom line. It was a very long run for a short slide! I sat at home for the whole day; the actual repair took less than 10 minutes; the follow on checks another 15 to 20 minutes. I would use Wooten Appliance again - but as he departed the repairman told me our part of Fairfax County was way out of their area and they probably wouldn't accept the work if we called.

The technician (Darryl) arrived around 10:15, well within the time frame provided of 9-12. He went right to work and figured out that the drainage pipe was clogged. He cleared it and then and wet-vac'ed the standing water in and around the washer tub. The total repair and clean-up was done in about an hour. Darryl was very professional. I was also impressed with the responsiveness of the scheduler. Each e-mail was responded to promptly. I plan to schedule other appliance repair with Wooten based on this experience.

He was great, quick, very helpful. Cleaned out vent for dryer; replaced hoses on washer, cleaned out dishwasher and made recommendations about keeping it cleaner (those packets of soap have too much soap in them causing build up - use liquid or powder and fill only halfway)

Had a great experience. Darrell arrived and could not have been more polite and informative. He checked out several appliances and gave me an idea at the health of the units. He also mentioned that the washer hoses were 12 years old and should be replaced every 5. He did not pressure me to replace them just informed me. When I asked him how much it would cost to replace them, he offered to go to Lowe's and get the part since he did not have it on the truck. The cost was very reasonable. I could not have been more pleased and would request Darrell if I ever had work done again.

all checked out well. We had some concerns about dryer as it hasn't really been maintained so wanted to make sure there wasn't a lot of fluff blocking the vent. he made sure everything was clear. He was very professional and gave us some tips to help keep all appliances well maintained.

They accepted the coupon. I had some kind of an issue with them. They called me up and speak to me.

Darryl diagnosed the problem and placed an order for the timing dial which was not available at the supplier. Once the timing dial order arrived, the office called and scheduled an appointment to replace the faulty timer. While performing that task, he noticed that the dyer vent had split and recommended replacement. A day later, he returned and installed the new vent. Excellent work and very timely response.
