It was fine. I shouldn't have gotten the big deal because, it would have been much less if I didn't. They did a good job, it was a simple job but, I thought it wasn't a simple job.

Poorly. I had to provide cleaning supplies and tools. He had to be pushed to provide the service promised. Much of what was promised was not done.

Service went very well. Technician (who's name I can't remember bc I'm horrible about names) was very friendly and informative. Put wife's mind at ease about the dishwasher (she believed we may have an issue with it). Adjusted the fridge's position bc it was too close to the wall. He explained about performance and energy consumption when the unit is pushed up against the wall without room for the air to circulate. Checked the other appliances as expected and told us everything looked great. Did not try to up-sell any services or products. Very professional and punctual. Would use again if we need appliance repairs.

The rep was responsive and punctual. examined and diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem. Also helped to clean up the mess from a fridge that hadn't been moved in 4 years of so. Very pleased with work.

Daryl came on New Year's Eve. And was just wonderful, so professional and addressed and fixed issue with our washer in no time! Thsnk you so much! Anna in the office is extremely prompt and helpful answering all emails and I will definitely be using Wooten Appliance again if the need arises!

May or may not be a standard process, but whenever I called I got voicemail. Call back was fairly quick, but I felt like getting to a real person directly wasn?t possible - probably because this is a small firm. This isn?t (from my perspective) an issue ? just something to be aware of. The actual appointment schedule was confirmed via both voicemail (left on our home phone) and e-mail ? which I appreciated. Daryl was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable and was able to open the appliance and identify the broken part in minutes. Indeed, he had a good idea what the problem would be before even opening it, just from the problem description and seeing the model. While he didn?t have the part on the truck, we were able to identify a mutually acceptable day a week later for the final repair. He arrived on time for the second appointment and replaced the broken part quickly. All told, I was impressed ? and if I have appliance issues in the future Wooten is going to be my first call.

I was 90% sure that our gas oven was not working because of a faulty igniter. I called several firms recommended by AL and received three quotes to replace the igniter in the $200 range. I chose WA because they were the easiest to contact through email. The technician, Daryl confirmed what I thought was wrong with our oven, and fixed it quickly without any fuss.

It was okay. The person did come on time and he fixed the problem. They didn't explain what the problem was. It was hard to understand what he was saying.

The provider came out and was very professional, and very honest. He told us we probably wouldn't need his services again for quite a while and everything looked good. He also gave me a handy tip about checking the outside vent cover, because it was getting blocked by debris and this was hurting the drying cycles. It was very appreciated that he was so upfront. Would definitely recommend them.

The charged me the same amount but didn't service two appliances like the deal said. For the second appliance, they told me that they couldn't service it. It was a bother for me because I felt like I wasted my money. I have an ice make machine, and that is the part they said that they couldn't look at. The ice maker is a separate device. The guy was really nice but I felt like I didn't get my money's worth that is why I gave them a C. I felt like they should have said that they would come back again to service something else. He was on time. He was very professional. I probably wouldn't use them again because they can only come to Annapolis one or two different days a week. The only day that I am home is Friday and so that makes it hard for me. They should be a little clear on which appliances they can service. They are a good company. They come out on time. The guy is professional and nice, at least the guy that came to my house. I would recommend people to use him. It just didn't work for me.

He was very nice and accommodating and did a thorough job. He also took the time to explain the problem and what had to be done to fix it. In the end he replaced several parts including the heating element and whatever keeps the drum turning. I have used this company twice now for the same appliance now and several years ago.

sis because the noise didn't start until it reached certain speed. It's more likely that something was loosen and was getting out of balance at high speed. I didn't think the service man performed a thorough diagnosis, any diagnosis for that matter since he didn't turn on the machine or open the front panel to take a look at the inside. He simply looked at all my appliances and just made a guess to what the problem could me. I didn't think a guess should be count as professional opinion for $100. Would not recommend

Darryl was late getting to me from another job but I had notified the office that I was very flexible and that whenever he would arrive would be fine. He came very late but did make it to me the day he promised which was wonderful because I had to unload the freezer for him to work. He was extremely professional and very friendly. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He had no problem with me peeking at the work. I am fairly handy myself and like to know how to do some maintenance myself. He was welcoming and extremely helpful. He fixed the refrigerator and showed me the part that is easily compromised in this model and though it is a good appliance, will need to be regularly serviced and the part replaced. Simply knowing that is extremely beneficial because I won't replace it for want of needing a new rubber drain. The part is small and inexpensive but a cause for frustration when it clogs. The dryer repair was much easier and Darryl fixed it in record time. He also assured me that my older dryer was a very good one, well built and easy to maintain. What a difference from the last appliance service with which I dealt! I did purchase a coupon on Angie's List and it is one of the few coupons I felt were really a bargain. What a jewel Wooten Appliance Service is. I purchased the coupon for a repair and a diagnosis involving two appliances and expected to pay the service technician more on top of the coupon. Darryl offered to come back with a new part for my refrigerator if I wanted because he did have one on the truck, but we managed to clean up the old one which will serve for a few years. When it does clog again, I know exactly who I will call. Kudos to Wooten Appliance repair for professionalism, friendliness price and confidence building. It is nice to know that there are still honest professionals out there who are reasonable and have their customer's best interests in mind. This is the type of professional who earns trust and keep customers.

The washer did not provide an error code. The tech didn't know what the problem was to repair it. He ran a diagnostic because that is the only thing he could do. He pulled the bottom board and tried to find a problem. He said it COULD be the board. I expect that if i pay $139 the technician would tell me what the issue is and not have to guess it i understand if he was able to fix it but with the understanding that the part would have to be replaced, perhaps, eventually. The technician was a nice, and friendly fellow but it's frustrating to pay for an 'I don't know' answer because the wash machine didn't provide him a code. I wasted money for him to look at it and he DIDN'T repair anything.

The reason the washer wasn't draining is because it has a filter that had become clogged. After diagnosing the problem, the repairman showed me how to access the filter and clean it myself, so that next time I could do this task myself if I choose to do so. It's very simple. He cleaned the filter, double-checked his work to make sure the washer would drain properly, and then he also tested the dryer (also Whirlpool Duet) to make sure that it too was working properly.

My Viking stove hinges were broken. Neil came out and ordered new ones which he returned to install. I asked him about the cold water in the refrigerator and he was able to replace the filter head. Both the oven and the refrigerator cold water work great. He was both knowledgeable and very helpful.

Technician arrived on time. Checked all kitchen appliances and made recommendations for a couple. He also cleaned food waste from dishwasher Recommended how to cure a difficult to open freezer compartment on the refrigerator. I subsequently cured the problem using his advice.

Only issue is that service provider came and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. They then returned but the part ordered was incorrect. They then re-ordered the part and repaired the stovetop. Throughout the repair person was very professional and the work was done correctly, the only disappointment was the number of times required to arrange to be there for the repair. We will use them again.

Contractor failed to show. Due urgency of repair I ended up going with another provider. Contractor left a message on phone saying he would be unable to come that day, but when I followed up with the company, they maintainde he arrived at the house and could not reach me. I am seeking a refund.

Wooten responded promptly, the service person arrived on time, was courteous, and made the repair quickly. We will use them again when we have a need in the future. We bought a 1-time repair coupon for $139 off their Angie's List ad, so I don't know if it would have cost more or less had we paid for parts and labor directly.

Most important: I called him in advance to ask if he could take care of my problem, before scheduling an appointment. I had gotten his name from Angie's list. He researched my problem (this is after I took a photo of the information on the label of the refrigerator which had me very confused) and came prepared with the specialty items he needed for the repair which I believe he actually had to order in advance, I was impressed with that. And he did a good job.

I thought the $139.00 service call was expensive.

Our dishwasher was not draining properly, and after several attempts we could not repair. we used an AL coupon to get a diagnosis and determine if the dishwasher need to be replaced. Within a short time the cause was determined (a clog in the motor), fixed and the DW was back in working order?

I had exactly zero problems with this service provider. Everything was handled quickly and professionally.
