The job went well, even if they did not repair the washer. I contacted the repair company, and they responded in a very timely manner. We scheduled a date and time for the service man to arrive, and he arrived on the scheduled date, and within the time window for the appointment. He began repairing the machine, and had it operating. Once we were satisfied with the repairs, he left. A couple of days later, I used the washer for the first time since he began repairs. The machine washed the clothes, but when it attempted to go into rinse mode, it stopped. You could hear the relays attempting to start the spin cycle, but the motor would not engage the washer drum. I called the company back, and explained the issue. The scheduler was very nice, and did her best to reschedule the next appointment. Again, the service man arrived on the day, and within the scheduled time, for the repairs. He did a more thorough check on the machine, and called a co-worker to help troubleshoot the problem. When they agreed it was an electrical assembly that was causing the problem, the service man left, and I was informed they had to order parts. Again, the service man was very professional, and took time to explain the new issue. The parts arrive, and again, the service man arrived on the scheduled date and time. He began the repairs, and discovered the supplier had sent him the wrong part. They were similar, and had the same part number, but the new part was not configured to work with the older machine. The service man left, and attempted to order an interface, which the new part would be compatible with the old machine. However, when the service man called me back, he explained the new part would be prohibitively expensive, and it would be best to buy a new machine. I agreed with his assessment, and bought a new machine in the next two days. All the personnel I dealt with were very professional and friendly, and treated me like a human, and not just another service call. I am very happy with the service they provided. Through no fault of their own, they could not repair the machine within a reasonable price. I felt they were honest in assessing the situation, and happy they recommended I buy a new machine, instead of goading me into spending more money with them on repairs. I will definitely call them again, should I need help with an appliance. The $135 special was well worth it. They did not charge me for subsequent visits, and did not charge me for parts, since this issue was with the one appliance. They definitely wanted a positive resolution to the problem.

The tech from Wooten came out (ahead of schedule) and went right to work to try to clean our dryer vent. Unfortunately, he was unable to find an exit vent for our dryer, something we didn't know about our home that we purchased a few years ago. He figured he'd give it a shot to try to clean the system but quickly realized the way our dryer vent fed into our HVAC system, he'd be unable to help us. He spent some extra time with me to investigate a little further. He said we should seek a refund since he wasn't able to do the job. He didn't have to be as courteous as he was given our venting situation and that the money had already been spent. I'd happily call out Wooten again because of their honesty and professionalism from scheduling to job day.

Our vent disappears into the wall with no apparent outlet on the outside of the house. He noticed that the vent wasn't properly connected and showed us a huge wad of lint just sitting on the inside of the wall! Cody then spent quite a lot of time trying to find out where the vent outlet was. Finally concluded that it was into the attic. There was no point in going up there because the pipe was clean, the lint couldn't escape past the blocage just outside the dryer. He then offered to enlarge the wall opening and re-seat the elbow of the connector so that the exhaust could properly head up the vent pipe, eliminating the fire hazard. I offered to pay but he said there would be n/c. This was very nice. These guys are thorough, professional, and efficient so I would use them again.

We purchased a deal for a kitchen appliance tune-up and garbage disposal inspection. Our garbage disposal was only a few months old, so we didn't really need that part of the deal. That inspection went quickly. The tune-up helped with ensuring our refrigerator coils were clean. They also found that our oven temperature had been improperly calibrated and resolved that issue so we can now cook things at their proper temperature.

Great, Darryl was smart, efficient, skillful, responsive to questions. He repaired the oven and gave me a few other tips on my appliances when I asked him about them.

Wooten did a good job repairing a dryer that was squeaking. They are a little hard to get a hold of on the phone though.

Inspection of each kitchen appliance yielded good reports on the condition of each appliance. The technician also offered information about how to preserve the life of my appliances. Receiving information about how to care for my appliances is welcomed, as I would like to contribute to the longevity of my appliances.

I had my fridge and stove top fixed. My issues with them ended up being easy fixes but I was unfamiliar to these appliances I had just purchased. But because of that the service charge was far more reasonable and he technician even looked at my dishwasher and showed me how to clean out the drain. The he evaluated to other issues in my house. I had Darryl as my service provider and he was outstanding and courteous. He arrived a little bit later than the window I was told but the service went so well that it was really not an issue for me.

He had the parts necessary and repaired the ice maker with no problem

This was a long overdue needed service. The provider was very prompt in arriving within the first hour of a 3-hour window. This was impressive due to the icy weather conditions experienced that day. The provider was pleasant and very professional. It did not take long to do what I thought was a big undertaking. The provider was very efficient and left my appliance in a restored state of use. The price was great! I would definitely seek out Wooten Appliance for similar services.

I knew something was wrong with my dryer, when i came home from work and it was still on. I went to it, and the clothes where still wet. I turned off the dryer and took out the clothes, and did my own evaluation. EVERYONE said it was the heating element, I did a current test, and it was not the heating element. Never the less, i'm not a professional------- and it was concluded to by a new dryer or repair it. I decided if I wanted a new dryer then I would have wanted a new washer as well. The budget did not allow for that, and after 2 weeks of going to the Laundry Matt, I caved. What others would diagnosis a the heating element, the tech diagnosis it as a faulty motor that sparked. and yes i saw it sparked. I had my dryer up and running within 48 hours of the diagnosis.

The Bosch company told me it was either a plugged drain or a failed pump. So I expected the worst. Mr Wooten found a rubber band that had wrapped up the impeller of the drain pump and that was it. He could have said the pump was bad, replaced it and I would have been none the wiser but he was honest and got a customer for life.

The provider came on site and was very professional. He explained how water temperatures work in the new washing machines. He diagnosed that there was nothing wrong with the machine. He provided tips of how to get warm/hot water to fill the machine. The provider was at my house no more than 15 minutes. The only reason I rated the price average is because I paid $139 which was a coupon to cover a diagnostic report and repair. With no repair (needed), I would have liked a price adjustment or a voucher to use toward a future repair.

Showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, did it, and finished everything very quickly and neatly. Left refrigerator and kitchen in pristine shape.

It was a quick fix. The line was frozen.

I called Wooten Appliance to make an appointment to repair my dishwasher. They were unable to come out until the next week. I called the manufacture of the dishwasher for an appointment and the serviceman came out the same day approximately an hour later. I called Wooten Appliance after I confirmed the appointment for my dishwater with the other company and cancelled the appointment with them for the next week. I needed it fixed if not that day no later then the weekend.

Great appointment provider was very professional and provided me information on how to maintain appliances. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends.
