Very impressive! "Rodney" replaced one circuit board on the dryer (done on his weekend off). That replacement caused the dryer to work, but intermittently. He recommended another electronic part, however the two parts themselves equaled the price of a new dryer. The company agreed to take back the installed part so our total out of pocket expense was the service call. Rodney was very knowledgeable, personable and informative. We were very satisfied with the company and plan to use them in the future for other large appliances.

I had purchased the $139.00 for a repair of one large appliance deal because we were getting a puddle beside the fridge. A technician came out and opened the back of the fridge and found that the drain pan was badly cracked. He had to order the part and came back a second time with another technician to replace the part, for which we had to pay an additional $130.

Terrible - Wooten Appliance never contacted me as the Angies List email indicated. I called Wooten Appliance twice. Both times my call went to voice mail and I did not receive a call back from either call.

I have used Wooten before on a number of other jobs. This time was no different from before. They came when they said they would. Their repair technician was knowledgable, efficient in his work and respectful. They are one of my Angie's List go-to organizations for appliance and plumbing issues.

Company was very responsive with scheduling. Repairman was very professional and explained what was wrong and gave me a lesson on how freezers work. Had to have the heater replaced. I didn't know that freezers had heaters. Will use this company in the future.

My refrigerator stopped cooling, but the freezer remained cold. During the first, brief visit, the problem was diagnosed as a defective blower motor and the part number was recorded. During the second visit the defective motor was replaced. This was done efficiently with a minimum of wasted time, so all labor was covered by the initial purchase through Angie's List. Only the one defective part was required (charged separately) and there was no up-selling. I've used Wooten Appliance before and will continue to use them on the (hopefully rare) occasions I need such services. They are very easy to deal with and were willing to work around my schedule.

We have used Wooten to clean several different dryers at multiple properties. The technician arrives on time, calls ahead and does a very complete job. This company is a pleasure to recommend!

It went great. He did a quick troubleshoot, sent me the price quote via email the day of his visit, and had everything fixed in 24 hours from when he first showed up. No mess, no drama.

I purchased two Big Deal coupons - one for Dryer vent and duct cleaning, and the other for large appliance repair. This company has a great customer support system so you can make appointments, confirm appointments, and pay online. We had a leak in our washer so they came twice for that because they had to order a new part. The service man was always on time, friendly, professional and thorough. He even wore disposable booties for entering our home, which I really appreciated. Our dryer vent cleaning resulted in discovery of a bird's nest! It was carefully removed and relocated. When the dryer continued to show an "AF" warning on the LED panel, the serviceman came back and ran diagnostics but couldn't figure out the problem. The next day the original duct cleaner returned and figured out that a flap was stuck in the upright position. Because it was related to the original dryer vent cleaning, there was no charge for the two additional visits! I really appreciate their honesty. I will use them in the future for all my appliance needs. I couldn't ask for better service.

The initial appointment went smoothly -- easy to schedule and the technician arrived on time. He confirmed what we already knew - the soap dispenser needed to be replaced. He was able to order the part quickly. But due to a administrative snafu, there was some confusion about scheduling the subsequent appointment. I was contacted via email and replied with my preferred scheduling request but never received a confirmation. I ended up having to call (had to leave a voicemail message) to find out when the next appointment would be since I had to leave work to meet the technician. The office called me back later that day to acknowledge the oversight and was able to fit me into the schedule on the following day. So in the end, everything worked out fine. Had I known that I couldn't easily reach a live person by phone (but would have to wait for a call-back), I would have called the company sooner to confirm the second appointment.

This was a big deal purchase. It was fine. He does good work and was okay. It was not a big job.

We noticed a puddle of water in front of the refrigerator a few times and really didn't know where the water was coming from. After cleaning up the puddles several times, we realized the water was seeping out of the freezer onto the floor. ( It is a refrigerator with a bottom freezer.) Something was leaking inside, forming a sheet of ice on the floor of the freezer. When it got to a certain level, the water would overflow onto the floor. We bought services from Wooten Appliance to come fix the problem. The service man was at our house for about 15 minutes and solved our dilemma. No problems. Very nice man. Definitely would use their services again.

Darryl was very nice and worked quickly to identify and repair the issue. Only reason for less than excellent responsiveness rating was that I had purchased Angie's list deal Sunday and first available was that Thursday which I couldn't do; service happened that Friday.

Technician was knowledgeble, friendly and professional. He quickly found the issue, had the igniter switch for the old appliance on hand and fixed it on the spot. All was done very efficiently! Since I had purchased the deal from Angie's list they only billed me for the part.

Darrell came out to inspect and then the company order parts and a few days later, Neil came out to fix. They were both great. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. As a female, I have experienced a lot of hassle with male service professionals that talk down to me or try to upsell me unnecessarily, so I love finding professionals that know their business well and are easy to work with. I will definitely go back to Wooten.

I have had this company out twice to service 2 different refrigerators. Making an appointment was easy. Nobody ever looks forward to this type of service because of the reputation of the business and the fact that most people are in no position to understand or scrutinize the described problem before given a repair scope & quote. I was pleasantly surprised by this company. The technician was on time, polite, respectful of my home and was careful about how he handled the appliances and the immediate area of my home while working. The price was fair considering that replacement parts for my brand is expensive (I looked it up) and the labor portion was appropriate. I would use them again without hesitation. Had an issue in August of 2016 with the prior repair; and they came out and took care of it right away. I stand by my original assessment.

We were able to make a same-day appointment (with an additional fee) to have a technician service our refrigerator. We thought the motor was going out. Turned out it was not, and the condenser coils just needed to be cleaned. Daryl was friendly, responsive and professional. He even serviced our dishwasher even though the call was for the refrigerator - and gave me maintenance tips on both appliances.

They were very professional and punctual - I was very happy with the service.

Professionally polite technician arrived on time and completed work. The work was quickly completed and, since it was not quite as much required as planned, refunded part of my payment. Very nice, all around experience.
