Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for an appliance tune-up. The appointment was easy to schedule. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed a number of longstanding problems, including faulty filter on refrigerator water dispenser, smelly dishwasher, noisy garbage disposal. He gave some great advice about products to use (or not use), and ordered replacement knobs for oven.

Description of Work: Daryl fixed the igniter on our Kenmore stove and saved me $141 from having to replace the igniter. | |We have been using Wooten for a few years and enjoy having Daryl over. He's honest, fair, trustworthy, and just a great guy!

Description of Work: I was hoping to revise this rating higher than a "C" after getting a refund for a huge mess left behind (and undisclosed) by the tech - put lint vacuum in reverse by mistake, then tried to hide. I'd thought at least the dryer and vent had been cleaned. So my disappoint was renewed when I saw that my outside vent was completely clogged only a couple weeks after the service. Now I'm not sure the vent was even cleaned at all. And I'm still finding lint in my downstairs bathroom. The owner/manager was very professional and responsive, but I don't think I got the actual service I'd initially paid for. Heavy sigh. Wish I had better news and rating.

Description of Work: Service tech came out and immediately identified the problem with the dishwasher. Fix was done quickly and without fuss. Left the kitchen clean and tidy.

Description of Work: The company did not honor what was purchased from Angie's list and they wanted to charge me more money. My problem was not resolved. I was not pleased with them at all.

Description of Work: Dryer was thoroughly cleaned and the front was removed to get all the lint in the bottom of the machine which was very good and something I didn't expect. However, after the dryer was moved it was not re-balanced afterwards (I have a wavy cement basement floor and the dryer was balanced on a few shims) so I had to do that on my own after the service. Also the dryer vent cover (to keep birds out) was removed from the outside to clean the vent and not replaced. I happened to find the vent cover 3 days later under a bush and I'm glad a bird didn't get in! Service was acceptable but attention to details were not a bit lacking. Also I think I saw another dryer cleaning service advertised for less a few weeks later.

Description of Work: Wooten Appliance performed an appliance checkup of all kitchen and laundry appliances. The technician was prompt and courteous. He explained what he was checking and explained the expected time frame before appliances start to require repairs. He also checked my washer and dryer even though they were only one (1) month old.
