MTB Pest Control

Noted that there were some issues with mice. Put out some cardboard glue traps; chatted on the cell phone several times (with his son who is also in the business?). I also put out some traps and caught 2 or 3 mice. I guess something was effective, as I have not had a recurrence

They were prompt, pleasant, and professional. The entire appointment took about 20 minutes.I believe it worked...

They were great. They came out in late August and I spent about $80 with them. I would say that they are very friendly, professional and personable. They will also answer your questions regarding pest control.

MTB was very responsive to my calls, and then showed up promptly when promised (actually a few minutes early). Milton, the owner/technician at MTB, is a very nice guy, very professional, and very trustworthy. He inspected our property and quickly determined that we were dealing with flying ants. Rather than upselling me into an expensive pest treatment or monthly plan, he told me that, for this particular issue, my own off-the-shelf bug spray and the cold weather would take care of the problem, and that it wouldn't be worthwhile to pay him for more work. Total cost of his visit was only $75. Would highly recommend MTB if you want an honest, professional company that knows what it's doing.

They were very friendly and professional, seemed knowledgeable. We didn't end up having a pest problem, but I would definitely return to them if an issue came up in the future.

Mr. Milton T. Brown was prompt and professional. He sprayed my English Basement apartment and the first floor of my house. He also sprayed the outside perimeter and the utility room and my tenants were very pleased with the results.

Arrived on time. Threw down the pesticide around the house. Seemed fine.

The service was good. The technician came out to exterminate for ants, however he never mentioned to me that they would need to come back several times for more treatments. So about a week after they were here the ants started to return. So I sprayed them with some pesticide that I had on hand. The technician was good at detecting were most of the ant activity was and found were they were entering the home. He also put down pesticide around the perimeter of my shed. I appreciated everything that he did and I am satisfied. I just wish he would have told me it would have taken more treatments because I would have been willing to pay more for that.

They did a great job. We use them to this day. We call them when we need pest control services. They are very responsive, professional and personable. They are a great company and are extremely knowledgeable.

He arrived on time and explained what he was doing. Milt was friendly and courteous and knowledgeable.

The associate that came out carried a bucket filled with what looked like dried dog food and sprinkled it around our house. That's it. He didn't provide an explanation for what he was doing or what he was using. Not sure what it was supposed to prevent, but we recently heard what sounded like mice scratching the interior of our walls on the first floor, so we'll be hiring another company to come out and help.

All the guy did was sprinkle some pellets around the outside of the house. It is very hard to tell how much it helps.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay; I would say 3 out of 5 stars, or a B rating. The mousetraps and poison proved to be pretty ineffective so we had somebody else come in and they did a much better job.

The only available appt was at 6:30 in the morning. He came and looked around house and determined we had mice droppings and laid down lots of large glue traps in attic and basement despite the fact I have kids, cats and dogs that could get into them. Told me I needed to hire someone to fill all cracks in basement with spray foam or I would keep having mouse problems. Made a few other suggestions which were somewhat helpful about where access could be and left. I was worried my cats would get stuck on glue traps so I took all of them up and called another company. The other company came and said there were bat droppings and no evidence of mice!

He was very courteous and very thorough. A really nice person. If there is any trouble (i.e. if the ants don't go away), I will come back and edit this. But so far so good.

Well....the treatment was pretty simple, but it does seem to have been effective. Unlike most years the have not seen many spiders or silverfish. Thanks!

He was very professional and contacted us quickly. It went very well and he got rid of all the bugs. We would definitely use him again as this was the 2nd time at a rental we have used him. Everyone was very pleased and he stands behind his work.

Mtb Pest control came out and sprayed and placed granules around the house to create a insect barrier (my issue was Ants).I thought the big deal was to spray for ants(always read the fine print)but it was only for the outside so i had to pay additional for inside treatment.The out side barrier only lasted a week or so cause i been battling ants ever since.Milton is a nice enough guy and we did communicate on various occasions for follow up visits but we was never able connect again.(No fault assigned to either party)

Went well -- a simple process.

Everything pertaining to this job would have been marked "A" if it wasn't for the fact the appointment got changed twice, and I ended up having to cancel another plan in order to accommodate the pest control technician. The Tech was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was efficient, yet took the time to answer my questions, and set my mind at easy with regard to my animals' safety. The treatment worked because I had spotted ants a week or so prior to the tech's visit, and I never saw them again after he left. The only issue I had was the calendar screw ups, and that gave me pause as those are markers for a disorganized, fly-by-night company. I was very pleased to be proved wrong in my assumption. I do not recall the actual amount I paid for the service, but I recall thinking it was a good bargain at the time.

Provider was very courteous and friendly. Not sure of service date. I gave an overall rating of B because he did not arrive as scheduled. He did call twice but Services should remember that when they are not prompt it impacts their customers. This is happening too often.

I purchased a "Big Deal" for a $100 one-time treatment. Milton answered his phone the first time I called but never again. I sent several messages through Angie's List and I did not receive a reply. It is very disappointing that they sell a service and then don't even bother to let someone know that they can't provide the service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. It was a really good experience. They were punctual and professional. They discussed relevant issues with me.

Originally I thought that I might have mice in the attic. he performed an inspection and it appears there may have been a bird or squirrel that got into the attic but escaped through the gable vent. Instead of performing mice control, he offered to spray the house perimeter for bugs and ants. he was thorough, professional, responsive.

I have lived here for 8 years and never had mice problems nor roaches in my kitchen (dishwasher area) until a neighbor moved in next door and all of a sudden I have roaches! They started about 2 weeks after she moved in. (this was in 2010) The mice came in spring of 2013. I was catching them and putting them out but either they got back in or I had a lot of them! so we didn't worry if they were dead or alive, we wanted them out. The guy came in and gave me an estimate which totaled out to almost $300. I did not have that kind of money being on a fixed income. My neighbors (we are a row of townhouses) wanted to join in for mice control and was hoping to get a good group rate. But they price was too high for all of us.
