Description of Work: they put down mouse and ant traps then left me to clean up the full traps. I could have done that by myself it was not worth the money

Description of Work: They came out to get rid of a mouse and to check if there was any other pest issues in the house. It went fantastic. They came the day of within about 2 hours of us calling them. They will even be doing a follow-up to make sure we don't have a bigger issue.

Description of Work: I called late Sunday about some kind of bee-like creatures living under the porch. Milton called me later that night to arrange for a next day visit. He checked out more of the property to make sure they weren't coming from somewhere else, applied his exterminatory dust, told me it would take a day or two to really do the job, and went on his way. Fast, friendly, and efficient. I have no idea how expensive this sort of service is, but it seems reasonable to me.

Description of Work: We thought we had Carpenter Ants. Mr Brown told us they were Flying Ants. He sprayed the area and have not seen any since. We will call him again if we need his services in the future.

Description of Work: I had a termite swarm. I called MTB based on location and ratings. The estimator arrived that day, and the work was done two days later. The future will tell if the termites stay away and/or MTB honors their five year warranty. As of now, I'm very pleased.
