A true professional!

He was great and I ended up having him do my termite care too. We had some other folks who had used him and my bill was the same as the other people. His price is pretty comparable. While he was here, he told me that I had termites. So I had him come back and take care of it for me. He guaranteed his work. He was good. I would recommend him.

I noticed a number a small bugs (winged and wingless) in my basement, and determined that they were termites. I first received an estimate from a large national company, but saw that MTB was running an Angie?s List Big Deal special for termite treatment. The price was a significant reduction from the normal value of the service. When compared to the national company, this Big Deal price was less than half of the estimate provided by the national company. MTB came out as promised and did the inspection and confirmed that I did have termites. They treated the basement which involved drilling in and around the affected area and depositing the liquid treatment product in the holes. They also found evidence of termites in the garage and drilled and treated that area also. They then dug trenches around the entire house and put product around the entire house. I found Mr. Brown and his technician to be very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. They cleaned up after their work and put things back in order. I had a few things around the walls of my garage. The large national company said I had to move them 3 feet back. Mr. Brown and his technician said they would take care of everything and moved the items and put them back. Mr. Brown even made a special trip back to the house to bring a grout that would better camouflage the drill holes in my tiles. The other company only provided a 1 year warranty unless I signed up for annual maintenance service. MTB gave me a 4 year warranty for this type of treatment with no pressure to sign up for a maintenance contract. I would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

Overall, I needed an extermination for ants. Mr. Brown performed the service, as discussed. Highly recommend.

We liked everything about him. He only had to come out 2 times. He did a good job. He got rid of the ants. He was extremely thorough. The price was very reasonable. I would use him again if I needed to.

They are clean, punctual and affordable. They don't rope you into having to have a contract. Their estimates are very fairly priced.

I called MTB Pest Control at 6 p.m. Mr. Brown stated he can come the same day. He came within an hour. He walk the inside perimeter of my house. He set traps and was looking for a hole. He discovered the hole. He suggested to stuff the hole with steel wool and use a form cork. Mr. Brown was professional and courteous. I recommend his business.

They will treat what they see and also try to determine and treat the root cause of your problem. It is a family-owned business and the pride they take in their work is evident.

They cover their shoes when they are in the house. Their price is reasonable and affordable in comparison to some other companies. They know what they are doing. I have an apartment unit that I am going to have them start doing.
