They came and did the service exactly as promised

I was impressed with the fact that MTB proactively reached out to me to schedule the service. I had expected to call and have to wait a long time because it was an Angie's List special. They were able to come out a few days later. My only complaint is that they were supposed to come between 7am - 7:30am and didn't show before I had to leave for work at 8am. I would have been okay with this is they had called to tell me but I heard nothing until I called their office later in the afternoon to confirm whether they came. He explained that traffic was bad and walked me through the service provided so I forgave them. I just wish they had called so I wasn't waiting around. Overall a fine experience though.

Mr. Milton came exactly on time. I explained the problems with ants. He sprayed on the outside perimeter of our house and explained to me the areas where ants were. He used two chemicals. The ants are gone and I have not seen any evidence of ants since Mr. Milton sprayed. I am very pleased with the service I received.

All went well. I called explained the problem. They came the next day on time. Explained to me what to expect and did not have another problem as of yet.

I called them a few times and at first they were slow to respond. Later on they called us back to set the appointment. They were apologetic, but we explained we had already found someone else.

He called and came that night! He set the traps and we are catching them!

They were willing to schedule a rush job without any issue, and completed the job with one follow up, very professional, on time each time.

They came out and did an inspection and then they came back and did the treatment. My overall impression was; they were prompt, confident and very professional. I do not have a termite problem now.

Paid the big deal price online was contacted by company to do the service. Seems good have not seen bugs but it has been winter.

They came on time and set up the traps. They however didn't follow up as they as they said they would after leaving on this specific visit.

So far, we haven't seen any come back so I think they did a pretty good job. He was very quick to return my call and set up an appointment. He was knowledgeable and courteous when he did arrive. He was fast and he seem to have done a good job. I felt that the price that I paid, compared to maybe just a few others that I have seen was probably a good price.

I was told that the only thing that Mr. Brown could do was to put down pellets, traps and sticky pads. He told me that industrial strength products could not be used in the home. The devices did trap and kill several mice. By November, I noticed no more evidence of mice droppings. I left undisturbed traps in place and caught a couple more dead mice. Since MTP was punctual and courteous, there might be a time that I might call them for service.

Overall, the service was performed in an industrious, professional manner by the employee.

Saw another mouse in kitchen so decided to get professional help (had caught one and found another dead back in November) Milton (the son) was able to come the day after I called and identified many potential holes, gaps that a mouse could sneak in from outside or the basement. Some had been plugged before we bought the house indicate this wasn't a new issue, but Milton replugged some holes and identified others. Laid out 44 traps, glue and snap, and some poison in crawl space he couldn't reach in basement. Came back a week later to check them and found 1 mouse dead in a trap in basement--no signs of plugged holes being disturbed. No signs of mice in the 3 weeks since so so far so good. Yes, one could do the same services yourself but I believe Milton's experience is worth the money --especially if you have an upset wife!

Very well. He is very knowledgable and a good listener to our concerns. Performed the services quickly and carefully.

Company emailed and called me the same day I called them. Milton came out the next day. He was very knowledgable. Excellent customer service. I am very pleased that I went with this company.

They came out to the house in less than 24 hours even though it was right before a holiday!

Went very well; Mr. Brown was right on time and very professional. It appears that the number of crickets that have been coming in is significantly less as a result, and we have had no other insect issues.

They did a very good job. They arrived on time and dug a ditch next to the foundation of the house and then they applied the termite protection barrier.

It was an excellent experience. Mr. Brown was completely thorough and professional, from the beginning conversation on the phone and all throughout. He was so good, in fact, that I rehired him to perform similar services for my brother-in-law, and I could not give a better referral. It I had a rating of 1 to 10, he would be an 11! He's that thorough, and very punctual on both contact, communication and service.

Agreed upon a very early time Saturday. And I may have misunderstood the actual time agreed to. Gentleman showed up early but not at the time I thought. He was appropriately dressed. He was very agreeable. He did an excellent job of applying the pest control. And since I really did not know what to expect, I was surprised it took two rounds around the house. He was quick and then left. I thought of him as a gentlmen.
