It went well. He called before to confirm the appointment before I could even call him. They came out in a nice timely fashion. When I talked to the son he said they would set traps as well as spray, but the father who came out didn't know anything about that so they did not set traps. They were about 45 minutes late.

The provider, Mr. Brown, sprayed the chemical around the outside of the house. While there he performed a overall general inspection around the outside of the house and saw where carpet ants were present in the rail of the wooden porch. When he pointed it out to me and explain what was happening, I told him to take care of the problem. Little did I know that the cost was additional $75. I had purchased one of Angie's Big Deals of the Day for $89 so I thought the preventive maintenance outside of the house would also taken care of the carpet ant issue outside of the home. So when the work was complete and I was presented with the $75 bill, I was a bit surprise as I had told Mr. Brown. If I had known that I needed an extra $75 before he treated for the carpet ants I probably would have gotten the treatment, but knowing there was an additional cost after performing the work took me by surprise. Before leaving Mr. Brown asked if he could look at the inside of the home just to be sure all was well. After inspecting the inside I was informed that everything on the inside looked good.

i spoke directly with milton jr to set up a termite inspection on a condo i was interested in purchasing. they were flexible with fitting me into their schedule at the same time i had set for the home inspector to arrive. milton jr arrived about 30 minutes behind schedule but was apologetic and still very thorough. very personable and friendly. when the contract fell through on that home, i contacted mtb again for an inspection on a second condo. he arrived on time and again provided a thorough inspection. i would continue to work with mtb in the future if i encounter any pest issues...hopefully that wont be necessary.

Provider began to treat the inside of our home where terminites had been seen and buried stakes around our property (house) so that if termites were buried beneath the soil (base of the house) the stakes would destroy them. I Highly recommend Mr. Brown of MTB Pest Control. Professional thru the entire process.

He was not able to catch any. I hired a trapper and he got them all.

Myself and my tenants started to notice ants all over, the coupon was available and so I purchased it. The gentleman was very flexible with his time - and was at my place at 7am to spray. A few months later I haven't seen the ants again. Thank you.

It went very well. He arrived on time. Provided pest treatment for a one time payment of $89.00. I did not have to pay anything additional regarding square footage. He place down two types of treatment. The first was in the form of granuals and the second was in the form of spray. I was very pleased.

Arrived promptly was very knowledgeable and took care of problem.

Mr. Brown returned my inquiry call promptly, was courteous, and performed the service on the agreed upon date. I would hire his company again.

We were literally leaving town the next day for three weeks. In spite of the short notice, MTB showed up at an early hour (7:00am), on time and ready to work. They investigated the wood that the contractor had removed from our house in connection with their refurbishing task. MTB determined that there was indeed a termite problem and set to work to address it. The drilled three small holes in strategic places in that current work area, applied the erradication formula (non-toxic and odorless). After 30 minutes of application, the workers corked the sprayed area and they were done. Considering the seasonal nature of insect pests, we agreed to do a long-term contract with them which was a cost separate from the original Angie's deal. They came to our home in the middle of the next month for a continued treatment to fend off any possible contamination consequences of our household furniture, etc. being placed in a storage facility for a month or so. Once again the worker came in very early as requested with the non-toxic, ordorless formula and applied it upstairs and down. He completed the task in 30 minutes, no muss no fuss. I recommended MTB to our neighbor who was concerned about protecting their home from termites as well, and he appreciated the reliable reference.

Called to set up appointment, and the exterminator showed up a few days later. Had the job done late in the morning on a Sunday. The company will provide service any day of the week. They did a good job.

I walked outside to greet Mr. Brown and informed him that I had been having problems with ants for several years. I explained to him the different remedies I had tried over the years to get rid of the problem. Mr. Brown sprayed all around the front of my home then he sprinkled granules along the entire area. We then went to the back of my home and he repeated the same treatment he had performed in front. It has only been one week since the treatment and I am hoping it works.

Provided good service as advertised.

I was completely satisfied with MTB's service. They were courteous, professional, timely. And they solved the problem.

I can't comment on how effective it was as we didn't really have a bug problem. But the company appeared to do everything they were supposed to do.

MTB came for a cockroach service at my house. They were on time and the owner emailed me frequently to keep me updated on the exact arrival time, which I appreciated. The appointment timeframe was one hour, but he emailed me to tell me the exact time which helped with scheduling. Scheduling was very easy, as they will make an appointment for pretty much anytime that you need. The service took about 30 minutes and was very professionalism. He communicated well about what he was doing and was upfront about all costs. I believe the price was very reasonable. I would definately use this company again.

MTB called me to schedule an appointment. The technician arrived on time.He was friendly, professional and provided a through inspection. I would used in the future.

I can't for the life of me understand why this company has gotten an "A" rating from so many customers. I hired them because I have mice in my kitchen. The cost for what I got was obscene. He charged me $145.00 to put down 4 mousetraps with peanut butter and 3 sticky strips. It took him 5 mins. When I called to make the appointment, I had specifically asked if the $145.00 would include finding the hole(s) the mice get in by. He said yes and that he would repair them too. After he got here, he told me some of my repairs would have to be done by a professional carpenter because they were too large. Ok. But he didn't repair any holes himself, even the small ones. All he did for me was layman's work. I've been putting down mousetraps myself and catching mice. I think a fair-minded professional would have charged me less. He did nothing to help me. I don't know how in good conscious he could take $145.00 from me for the work he did. What irks me most is that I gave him so much money and still have the same problem. I wish I had never called.

Effective - took care of the problem. Only complaint is that they severely underestimated the time the stink from dead animals would take to subside. (Said 4-6 days, but more like 2 months).

He was good. He was on time and professional. I was very satisfied with him. It was me that didn't follow up on the other stuff that he was going to come out I still haven't called back yet. His price is reasonable.
