MTB Pest Control

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. They were very effective, they solved the problem. There was a difference before and after they came. They did an excellent job.

He arrive on time and introduec himself and the Company. He stated what he was going to do and ask what service price I had paid. He mentioned the breakdown of how much he and Angie's list would received, however my questioned was how long would this treatment last and what would be the cost of continuing treatment? I never receive the anwser that I was looking for. He proceed to treat the outside walls of my home by walking around and hand throwing the granulars. That was pretty much it and in less them thirty minutes he was finished

My tenant contacted me because she was concerned there were mice in the townhouse. I contacted MTB to do an assessment of the pest problem and establish a regularly scheduled plan to control all pests. I said I wanted to use an Angie's List coupon which wasn't a problem. When we met at the townhouse, the representative was very professional and helpful - he came up with a plan that worked well for me and my tenant. He also gave me an additional discount based on the size of my townhouse.

Angie's List didn't provide enough details concerning the service. It provides protection for only a couple months and was applied in about five minutes. I could have done it myself.

They're very good in any case. They did a great job, they deserve your support. I find them to be very upfront, on time, did a good job, clean ad nice. I would recommend them, they come on time; it's huge in my world, it happens really seldom and it's huge so they're good for that. The price is a little expensive.

I thought it was okay. They had a special deal. It worked pretty well. He was on time. I would use them again in the future.

They were prompt and they did the job.

They came out and sprayed around the house for carpenter bees, and we haven't had the problem since. The guy was a little hard to get in touch with , but when we finally did get in touch, he did great work.

Mr. Brown was extremely thorough in his approach to the work provided - I was extremely pleased with the results! I was so pleased, I hired his company to return and perform termite treatment, also

It was okay what they did. I was expecting a little bit more. I did get the inside done and that was an additional $86. I would not use them again.

Provider was prompt at appointment time. Inspection carried out as per contract. Even looked at an additional area at no extra charge. Totally satisfactory experience.

He made a follow-up visit approximately two weeks later when he checked the traps and delivered good news that there were no more pests.

He was good. They did a good job. I was satisfied.

Contractor arrived promptly on both visits. Very friendly and professional. When mice appeared after 2nd visit, I asked to come again for a reduced follow up rate, since mice were still a problem. Contractor refused stating I would have to pay for a full treatment before they would return. I called another contractor who visited the apartment and pointed out approximately a dozen holes the first contractor had neglected to point out, which were said to be large enough for a mouse to enter. (Obviously mouse had gained entry). So - goal was to eradicate mice - MTB Pest Control did not succeed, and was unwilling to work with me to esolve the problem.

They were very good and on time. He went through the whole house. I felt like he did a nice job.

My experience with them was good. They were pretty thorough.

All as it should be. Service person was very responsive and thorough.

Mr. Brown was very professional and friendly. He arrived as agreed and completed his work within projections. He took extra time to explain the benefits of the particular termite treatment he recommended, along with a strong guarantee.

They had to come out twice to get all of them. He was a very nice gentleman. We were very happy and pleased. He did get them. They are the best. I think the price was good. I would definitely use them again.

Milton was very nice and professional but the ants have come back. I am calling to have him return to spray again.

The provider arrived promptly at the time of the appointment and was very polite. There was not much mention of what he was actually treating the outside of the house with and I am not really sure what he did. I expected more of an explanation of the product he was using and how it worked. I did not feel like I was getting my money's worth for the amount I paid.

I paid an additional charge for their service which is 50% than what they asked for. They didn't get rid of any of the squirrels. They went out when they did it and the one that was trapped inside was still in there when they left. Everytime I tell the exterminator to call me back, he wouldn't and I'd have to call him back every time. They're nice guys but I wouldn't go with them anymore.

We had just moved to a new house that had been vacant for a few weeks. The house has woods at its back, so when the previous residents moved out, the bugs moved in. In particular, we had many spiders and mosquitoes. I had seen the occasional ant also. Milton and I communicated via email to schedule our appointment. He was professional and helpful in determining the services I required. He was not at all salesy or pushy. The company consists of just Milton and his father, and they work 7 days a week. I was hoping to have someone come out the day I contacted him, and Milton was able to make that happen. I had many questions about insects, reducing their numbers, and finding signs of them damaging our house and our deck. Milton was very willing to answer all of my questions. He also looked around on his own and pointed out any potential trouble spots he saw, especially spots that could be due to termites or carpenter ants. This was really useful, since I did not know anything about either. Milton started outside by spreading pellets that would be absorbed into the soil to keep insects away. He did this anywhere there was dirt or grass. I explained that we would have 2 dogs in our backyard later that day, and Milton confirmed that none of his products would be harmful to the dogs. When he was done outside, Milton sprayed the baseboards throughout the house with some sort of insecticide. He told me that any insect that walks over it would die, so that we might find some dead insects in the next week or so. Since MTB came, there has been a marked decrease in the number of insects in and around our home. Milton had recommended that he come back every month during the summer to maintain the strength of the bug barrier. $100 each visit seems like a lot to me, but really, to reduce the number of insects we had, it's probably worth it. I expect to call MTB back in a few weeks to have them spray again, just in case.
