They did fine. They were courteous and punctual. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.

Overall, was very pleased with experience. Was extremely responsive and sprayed the next day following initial contact - was super surprised and pleased given that this was a Big Deal and typically takes forever to get an appointment. Needed to do annual spray, as well as take a look where we had some ant issues. Killed all of the pests, and 2 out of 3 ant infestations. I think the 3rd was sourced at my neighbor's property, so might have been out of their control. Work was very professional and done in 30 minutes or so.

Service Provider missed first appointment after customer waited for 3 hours. Customer received no call before appointment time came and went. Since then service provider prefers to come when no one is home (at his convenience). I don't want that since I have never dealt with the service provider before. It's just too difficult to schedule with this company.

My renter called to complain about mice in her home. To Angie's List I went, and found a great deal. I called the company, and they had someone out the same day! I was shocked. The technician was friendly, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them.

What I wanted was a fix to my bee and mice problem. If you think 145.00 for a 10 minute visit is reasonable then this is your company. They are a father and son outfit and unfortunately it shows. I send an email with pertinent information and they never got back to me. Unfortunately I would not use them again.

They didn't respond right away. I probably wouldn't recommend them but I probably wouldn't say anything bad about them either. I have reached them a month after I bought it and they said they didn't have my phone number and I don't know if they sent me an email or not.

They were very nice and prompt but they did not solve my overwhelming ant problem. They kept coming back so I called another company who provides a pest control service for me two months prior and they were able to remedy the problem. They wanted me to do a very pricey termite treatment that I later found out was not necessary so I'm glad I didn't agree to that treatment.

Service went very well. He did a good job.

Two days after I purchased the Big Deal they contacted me which was a pleasant surprise. The owner showed up a day later and put the chemical down in about 15 to 20 minutes. The little bit of ants we were starting to see disappeared in about a day or two. I would recommend them for there service.

However, after 2 days, I still have termites. I have videos! He refused to come back – they said that since they they treated once, they aren't going to come back. I have two other workers there now who are stripping the drywall to reveal the live termites.

Everything went well. They had excellent customer service and were able to fit me in the week I requested.

The service turned out okay. The service was really worth the money.

I thought that it was going to be an interior job but it was an exterior job so I probably didn't look at the fine print. So I told him that and he sprayed a little bit on the inside for me and he didn't charge me for it. I paid just the price of the big deal. He was a very affable fellow.

It was okay. It wasn't that great. I guess for what you pay for, that's what you get. He talked too much about his life not their services. He just had a little bucket with some granules in it. He sprinkled it around in a few spots and that was it. I guess if you want more, you pay more.

Received call same day to schedule appointment. I missed the call but called back and was able to get the service scheduled. The owner arrived promptly and explained what he would be doing. I asked about additional service and was told the cost of treating the inside. He was very professional.

That turned out well. I would definitely recommend them. The technician that came explained the process and explained that I did not need to open doors or anything else. He was timely, he said he would be here between 8 and 10 and he was here at 7.59. He was professional and wore clothing that showed the company logo. He did not push for selling me a contract. I used only half of what the offer provided but that was my choice.

Milton was very professional and thorough. I thought he was very experienced and an all around nice guy.

Noticed a few ants inside my home. Researched category on Angies List. Contacted provided who responded immediately. Provided arrived at the designated time. Applied insecticide to eliminate ants around the perimeter of my home to prevent ants from coming inside. Did not want insecticide inside. . There are no ants inside my home.

As always, it went great. MTB is my company of choice. I contacted them on a Friday and they did their best to conduct the extermination on Saturday. However, they had other clients and weren't able to arrive until the afternoon. The wasps were active and it wasn't safe to perform the service then. It rained on Sunday so they came on Monday morning. They were thorough, targeting the nest itself and areas around the nest. They only finished when I was satisfied. The nest was in a tricky location yet that didn't affect the quality of their job. MTB is a father-and-son operation. Both gentlemen are extremely nice and personable- a nice change from the Orkins of the world.

It went smoothly. The gentleman who provided services was very pleasant and accommodating. It's hard for me to judge how effective the service was, since that has to be judged over time, but it seems to have been effective.

It listed as I guess $200 service or something for a deal at $89. I am not happy with them. I feel like it was a rip off.

It was fine. He was late but he did call me to let me know he was lost. He did what he was suppose to do.

No work was completed. I called and the father answered he was not aware of the deal. He was rude and he answered like he was part of the company. He did not understand and I felt he did not ligitimize angie's list.

He was prompt and arrived when he said he would. Milton was very thorough with everything and would stuff every little crack and crevice with steel wool so the mice wouldn't go through. He was a very friendly and personable guy and I would recommend him to anyone.
