Description of Work: I bought "$59 Mosquito and Tick Control Treatment" from Pest Patrol, thinking it only covers mosquito and tick, so I bought "$89 for One-Time Preventive Pest Control Treatment" from MTB Pest Control to cover other pests, but after talking with people at Pest Patrol, I realized they do everything MTB Pest Control would. So I no longer need that service. Thank you.

Description of Work: My House was infested with ants. I purchased interior/exterior treatment deal. I called him twice. The first time he said he would call me back b/c he was on the other line. After 35 minutes I called him again. He said he was not sure he could get to me today. He had a medical appointment but he said if I got it thru AL, then his son should see it. He told me he would call me bacK. More than seven hours later, I have not heard from him. I am very disappointed in this response and I will be looking for a more responsive provider.

Description of Work: I contacted MTB to have the company come to do one-time pest management service as described in the coupon. He called me back as he promised and will try to come out on Sunday, April 21st and time will be determined later. He kept asking that whether I had paid Angies already and was not really clear about what sevices that the coupon is about. For some reason, I just don't feel comfortable using Angies coupon so I want to cancel it.

Description of Work: Punctual, friendly, and honest. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Also, they run a family business, which is always nice to support (especially when they are reasonably priced).

Description of Work: I signed up for a pest control treatment with this company thru Angie's list. I paid $89 for Angie's List special. MTB called a couple weeks later. I told MTB I had a roach problem and wanted MTB to exterminate. MTB after much beating around the bush said the $89 special did not cover roaches. MTB then called me back & said they could do the work for $150 which I found out was a good price. I made an appointment but MTB never showed. ANd they kept my $89 because they said the promotion had expired so no refund.
