POOR. The initial deep clean was for a whopping 9 hours in which you would THINK that they could clean anything from top to bottom. However, they broke blinds, left dust on all tops of everything and failed to clean under an easy reach wash tub in our laundry room. No problem. We felt that our home was very dirty after months of construction. The problem came when we re-hired them on a 2 week plan for $136 every 2 weeks to clean our home 3 additional cleanings right away. They continued to overlook the floor in the laundry room and failed to dust tops of anything EVERY time even though I emailed them and asked them to do it. They not only FAILED to do it, but FAILED to live up to their promise to return and re-clean if there were any issues with the cleaning. The below is my final correspondence with them, which says it all and I have pictures to prove it! The basically REFUSED to return to clean our home properly and was willing to even lose their payment to forget about our service agreement. They never even called to say that they wouldn't show causing us to lose time from work awaiting on them. FAIL. Tue 5/10/2016 2:50 PM Hello Antonio, Hope all is well.
