Next generation was great. They arrived on time, put floor protection down and got to work. I had a lot of buildup, and dog hair in the vent. They pointed all these things out to me. When they were finished the area was cleaned up to perfection! I had hired 2 other companies before this- they never showed up! Very happy with Next Generation
