Description of Work: Contacted service pro Nikki and scheduled estimate with Nick. He was prompt and professional and provided an estimate within days. Job was foundation underpinning and i provided a structural engineering report detailing what needed to be done. Job was sbcontracted to Pinedastoneworklandscape.com and Edin and his team did a great job, very professional, hard work. Took an extra day due to the amount of concrete and a late delivery. They stuck to the original estimate. Nick followed up immediately. Would recommend and hire again.

 + 1 moreOverall, the job went well and we are happy with the results. When the old foundation collapsed it changed the scope of the project and Allmasters rose to the challenge and came up with a plan to fix everything in a timely manner. John was great and made sure we were happy before they left.
Description of Work: We needed water directed away from our foundation and out of our yard. Our foundation was damaged in several areas and was sinking, causing partial collapse of some parts of the structure on the old part of the house. Allmaster Builders owner, John, gave a fair estimate and had a good reputation so we hired him. His crew showed up as scheduled and began digging trenches for drainage. The old foundation started collapsing, which was not Allmaster's fault. John was very responsive to the changing situation and our concerns. The job ended up being much harder than any of us knew, especially with Hurricane Sandy approaching! The only problem we had was with the job foreman, who was somewhat disorganized. It didn't seem as if the labor was being divided efficiently among the workers or that instructions were being relayed accurately. When he did not seem responsive to our concerns, we contacted John and complained. John immediately came over and got the situation in hand. He helped us to communicate and come together so the work could proceed smoothly. He ensured that our foundation was rebuilt by the time the storm hit and even brought us extra pumps and dry ice to ride out the storm! John made sure that everything was cleaned up and that everything was done to our satisfaction. One of the workers, Bandit, was truly awesome and deserves his own mention. He is one of the best workers we have ever dealt with in over 12 years worth of projects on our house.
