This was our ninth full-service move and I am now retired. This was the best experience we ever had by far! I am very familiar with movers who, if you turn your back on them for a one minute will drop a box or an item anywhere in your house when they deliver everything. These very professional men would seek you out if necessary to make sure every box and item and piece of furniture went to the proper room. Trust me, that is huge when you start settling into your new home! We had just one issue with glass breaking in a 25-year-old curio cabinet. Within 30 minutes one of the owners was on the phone with me and we settled on what I felt was a very fair compensation for the damage.I have always used a United or Allied Van lines affiliate. Received same day service having them move my piano and other heavy furniture and boxes. My move was from one house to another 0.3 miles apart; Used them for two hours loading and unloading; they were mindful of the time and very professional, fast, and friendly workers (Drew Robertson, Benny Wiggins, and Michael Keller). I would certainly use them again if needed.
