They're pricing was reasonable & they were able to do what other companies came in and said they couldn't do! They remodeled my basement BEAUTIFULLY! They were able to give me EVERYTHING I asked for at the time! Can't wait to use them again for my deck!

Description of Work: I contacted James regarding an estimate for upgrading my existing basement. I explained what the work needed, and set up a time for Mr Smith to come by. The issue I have with this company is that Mr Smith came to my house to provide me an estimate, took measurements, etc - and then I never received the estimate. In fact, I never heard back from him. I consider this type of behavior VERY unprofessional. Not only did I have to leave work an hour early to meet him at my home for the estimate, but to never hear back from him or anyone else from his company |is absoultely inexcusable. If Mr Smith did not want to take the job, then he should have been honest and informed me via phone or email. I would never recommend JL Smith to anyone - I value integrity....

 + 0 moreHe and his crew did a fantastic job. He was here on time every day. He did not waste any time doing the work. When they took a break, they went right back to work after. We didn’t have any problems out of them. Sometimes, he may have stayed longer than scheduled or would even come on a Saturday to work because he was on a schedule. I would recommend him to anyone and I have already recommended him. They were satisfied customers too.
