He arrived on time and was very patient as he listened to the issues we were experiencing with our old door. He went right to work to make the repairs and the door is now working perfectly. Mr. Ben M explained how to maintain the door to help it function properly in the future. We enjoyed having Mr. Ben M who was very professional.

 + -1 moreBen, the owner came out to the house on a Sunday after our garage door malfunctioned. He provided me with several options to resolve the issue, which I very much appreciated. He was there the next day to make the repairs we agreed on and spent the extra time to do the job very well. I am fairly handy and understand the work that he did. This being said I can say that Ben went above and beyond and I will recommend him to my neighbors and friends. Thank you for a job well done!

 + -1 moreBen was able to make an emergency visit the same day as my call to the company. He was personable, and listened closely before starting the job. This made him easy to be with and our communications were clear and respectful. He worked steadily and, to my amazement, was able to reset the very heavy door back onto its track by himself. He was also clearly knowledgeable and willing to educate me about how the whole door system works and what to watch for in the future to prevent trouble.
Description of Work: He set the huge double-wide garage door back on its tracks, replaced some of the door rollers, and reset the motor track, and rebalanced the entire door so that it works very well again.
