HSH did an outstanding job. They set up the time very soon after we purchased the Big Deal, and they were able to accommodate our busy schedule. The team arrived promptly and worked diligently throughout the afternoon. They were pleasant, courteous, and hard-working. The house sparkled after they were finished. I would absolutely hire them again.

The two women showed up on time. They were quick and efficient. They played close attention to detail and stayed on task. Everything was done very well and professionally. They followed my instructions and paid extra attention to bathrooms and kitchen

Sue was amazing! I originally purchased their deal thinking I wanted the cleaning done before Christmas, but quickly realized I wouldn't be able to work them into my schedule, despite the many options Sue provided. I decided to have them come back after the New Year...only to be surprised with a last minute change of plans - house guests for New Year's Eve! I emailed Sue on the 27th and she responded right away with an appointment for Saturday. She had to reschedule due to the snow that day, but came early on New Year's Eve morning and had everything cleaned up by the time I got back from the grocery store! And when I say clean...the team did a phenomenal job! We have four daughters, two cats, and two dogs, so to say our house was in need of a 'deep clean' may have been an understatement. I came home to a sparkling kitchen, fresh and pristine bathrooms, vacuumed and/or mopped floors, and dusted and straightened living areas. I have hired cleaning services in the past whose only goal appeared to be going through the motions of cleaning in the shortest amount of time possible...but Sue's team obviously took a great deal of pride in their work and it showed throughout my home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, quality home cleaning provider.

I wanted the house to be really clean for the Christmas Holidays - all my kids were coming in and I didn't want to start out exhausted. I got the day I requested and they did exactly what I wanted and the house looked great for my holidays and my family. It was absolutely painless, everything went according to plan, even my cats were happy and untraumatized!

I had to call and email several times to set up an appointment. The cleaning was fine but they left 15 minutes early shorting me 30 minutes of my 5 hour cleaning.

He was very good. He was friendly and did a nice job.

The women arrived on time, worked hard the whole time they were here and didn't leave until the job was finished.

I would not hire them again.

The very first time they came, we did have a few problems; however, the company's owner/director responded quickly and offered to make things right, even if it meant absorbing a large cost. It didn't come to that so it wasn't necessary, but it showed she's honest. In addition, we'd paid for an initial "deep cleaning," and they were very generous with the number of cleaners and the hours they spent. I thought later that the estimate seemed low (maybe they underestimated how dirty our house was) but they honored the estimate. We have three dogs and one is a BIG shedder. The cleaners bring their own equipment and are able to pick up the dog hair much better than we ever could with out Dyson, especially on the stairs. They're willing to be flexible about time, as well as which areas to clean. (For a small additional fee, they will add the basement if we just ask, for example.) One thing I really love about them is that they will change the sheets on the beds!!

We are actively considering housecleaning services providers. It was timely to have received the offer from Angie's List. Our service experience with Home Sweet Home Cleaning Service was positive. We are considering using them on an ongoig basis.

I contacted the company 2 days before the date on which the cleaning was performed and the owner was able to fulfill my request without problem or delay. This was impressive especially since it was a complete move in/out deep clean. The cleaning crew spent almost 8 hours cleaning the entire house. With the exception of a few small places that they missed, they did a very impressive job. I was greeted by the pleasant aroma of cleaning solvents when I walked through the door. The price for the cleaning was very reasonable and much lower than the other companies from whom I received quotes for the same work. Furthermore, HSH included other cleaning tasks that these other companies didn't offer, mainly window cleaning. My only suggestion is that the cleaning crews apply a little more attention to detail in order to avoid missing any areas. I recommend this company.

They were able to complete all in the limited amount of time provided by the coupon. They were pleasant and friendly. Their work was professional and they treated my mother with respect. I would hire them again anytime.

I wanted to use this deal to get a move in cleaning and try their service, but I was told I can only split the 13 hrs included in the coupon into 5, 4 and 4 hrs. Well, the fine print does not state that, but I accepted they can make up their own rules. The quality of their cleaning varied among cleaning teams. On average, the quality was OK. Their price was good compared to other cleaning companies, but not better than individual cleaning ladies. That is, if you can get good referrals.

I bought $99 big deal for 5 hours of holiday housecleaning close to end of Oct. I waited for about a week to hear from them. I got email from Angies's list customer service to see if I receved contact from them. Then I got a email from Angie's e-commerce co-ordinator saying they don't contact me. I should contact them. It was confusion. It took serveral times of email and phone call to set up the schedule. I was as flexible as I can be. Only requirement from me was to get it done before Thanksgiving. So the schedule was on Friday the week before Thanksgiving. I did not know what time they will come. My kids were concerned stranger in the house when they come home from school. I got off work early to be sure I am home when kids get home from school. When I got home at 3:30 and notice the house was not cleaned yet. I called the owner to find out when her cleaning team would be here. She told me soon. They got there close to 4:30p and my whole family were home while they are cleaning. At first we stayed outside the house then we came in and stayed at lower level to be out of their way. It is inconsiderate to schedule that late appointment on Friday. Even though I am not happy with communication and scheduling. I am satisfied with cleaning results. I think cleaning team did good job cleaning. It was a lot for them to do. They managed did as much as they can. This was a test to see if we want them to be our regular cleaning service or not. But I don't think we would do more from here.

The three ladies doing the work were very professional and exceeded my expectations. Susan Doyle, the owner, runs the best crews. I will not use any other cleaners as I don't think there are any better companies. I recommend that anyone try Home Sweet Home Services. I believe you will be totally satisfied.

Owner called and scheduled promptly. The team arrived and worked hard. I needed to pay for addtional hour as my house was in great need of a deep clean. The team did a wonderful job.

. We were amazed at the the quality of the cleaning. The team of two worked steadily for almost five hours and left the house the cleanest it has ever been - I mean it had never been that clean! After years of trying individuals, franchise services, small businesses, Home Sweet Home has set a standard of excellence that we didn't know existed. We have two cats that seem to shed no matter what the season so that gives you an idea of what the cleaners were dealing with. They cleaned floors, walls, cabinets, bathrooms, counter tops, mopped, vacuumed, dusted - even cleaned the inside of the microwave! We have now arranged for a regular cleaning every three weeks for $125 and, based on our initial experience, we expect this will be money well spent.

The staff is very friendly, my only minor complaint was that on their first visit, they didn't touch the basement of our house (finished), and I had not asked them to skip it.

I purchase Angie's Big deal and found out that the company does not service my area; therefore, the money was refunded by the Angie's list and I never used the service.

I purchase the cleaning "special" for 5 hours of cleaning. I had corresponded with the owner via email on a couple occasions specifying my needs and thought the information would be passed along to the cleaning crew but it was not. I was not at all happy with the level of cleaning and very dissapointed with the owner's response when I express my dissatisfaction. Would not use them again.

They had trouble finding the condo the first time but after that they came promptly at the scheduled time. I was very satisfied with their service and hope to have them come on a regular monthly basis. Since it took them an extra hour to clean the condo the first time, I had to pay an $50 but it was worth it.

Three women arrived at the appointed time and quickly went about cleaning. They had me inspect and did additional tasks to complete the time I had arranged.

The service was fair overall. I wouldn’t have them out again.

The service was terrific, and I asked to have them out every two weeks for housecleaning. I was able to request the same crew and I was very happy with them overall!

The team was cordial and focused on the work that they needed to do. They paid attention to detail and were able to complete everything except for one room because the time ran out. At the end of the job, the team leader let me know that if I have them back, they would follow a schedule of working on various items each time they are here. I was very happy with the team, the cleaning, and their professionalism. I will bring them back on a regular basis and it was nice to try them out and feel satisfied with an excellent job.
