Description of Work: They showed up 2hrs late. I purchased a 5 hour package but on the date of service was told it was it was 2.5 hours because there were two women there to clean. They initially just followed each other around cleaning the same bathrooms together. Ridiculous! I suggested they each take on a seperate room. My bathrooms were left with areas no cleaned which I took pictures. I have 3 1/2 bathrooms so that was all they were able to complete. Plus they wiped the inside of the refrigerator that I emptied out prior to their arrival. I received no follow up call from the owner to ask about m satisfaction. Total waste of time and money. Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for 5 hours of house cleaning for $99. Two workers arrived on time and completed all the cleaning I requested in the 5 hours allotted. They did n excellent job.

The business person was hard to track down. They were OK, no WOW factor. My wife has high standards and work hard, and the service didn't measure up.

Description of Work: I purchased the five man hours of cleaning. Things had gotten out of hand after surgeries, and I especially wanted the bathrooms cleaned. I have to confess, they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while! The three women were able to get the bathrooms cleaner than I remember ever seeing them, dusted the bedroom fan, vacuumed upstairs and down, and washed the kitchen floor, all within the five man-hour limit. Good job!

Description of Work: They were good. The scheduling person was very responsive. Called me back right away and gave me the time I wanted. 3 people came and cleaned 4 bathrooms and my kitchen in 5 hours (1 hour 40 minutes each).

Description of Work: the ladies came equipped to clean what i needed to have cleaned in my home. i needed my living room. diningroom china closet cleaned and my sunroom windows cleaned. when they left those rooms sparkled. i was very pleased with their cleaning.
