I called them the day I purchased the deal. After two phone calls, I finally reached someone. They took my address and my name. I advised them that I would be available any day except on Thursday due to prior appointments. They told me they would follow up with me but they never called showed up. I called them to follow up and could never get ahold of them.

I called to get an estimate and had someone come to evaluate the job within a week. Couple of weeks later I had my first cleaning. It went very well and now I'm on a by-weekly schedule. I'd go weekly if I could afford it. If I have any comments, I communicate by e-mail and they are taken to heart. So far it's been great!

IT WENT FINE. THREE WOMEN ARRIVED SO I GOT 5 MAN HOURS. WHEN I INITIALLY SIGNED UP FOR THIS BIG DEAL, I THOUGHT I WOULD GET 5 HOURS TOTAL OF CLEANING. SO WHEN 3 ARRIVED TO PROVIDE 1.5 HOURS OF CLEANING THEN I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED. ONCE INFORMED OF THIS I REALIZED NOT EVERYTHING WOULD GET CLEAN IN THIS AMOUNT OF TIME. AT LEAST THE BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN GOT CLEAN. I WOULD HAVE JUST LIKED A LITTLE MORE THOROUGH JOB AS THE SHOWER FLOOR STILL FELT SLIMMY AFTER THEY LEFT. THEY USED MOSTLY TOWELS TO CLEAN. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THEY USE A SCRUB BRUSH OR ABRASIVE SPONGE FOR THE SHOWER FLOOR. THEREFORE THIS CONFIRMS WHY I CONTINUE TO CLEAN MYSELF AS I AM PICKY WITH CLEANING SERVICE.

I have never been the domestic type so when my fiancé and I bought our first home in Howard County I quickly realized that we needed to hire someone to clean our home, otherwise the house would be a total disaster. I purchased the $99 Big Deal (and an additional hour and a half) from Home Sweet Home after reading reviews of the company on Angie's List and emailing Sue the owner. I am so thrilled with Home Sweet Home. Sue and her team far exceeded my VERY HIGH expectations for the cleanliness of my 2,100 square foot home. Sue answered my emails promptly, worked around my tight work schedule, had me scheduled within a week of purchasing the deal, and was responsive to my needs, patient and flexible. Her crew was easy to communicate with, were very polite, hardworking, and quiet. I could not believe how much work they got done in 2 hours!! The quality of their work is outstanding---an A+.........perfect. My soon to be mother-in-law (who is a realtor and has worked with many cleaning companies in her line of work) was VERY impressed with how clean and sparkling my house turned out! So, I am purchasing the six month maintenance plan and they are returning every 2 weeks to keep my house model perfect.

I have her come and clean every month. She cleans my whole house and have been very pleased with her work. I give her an A rating and I will continue to use her,

They do a very nice job of cleaning. It is wonderful to come home and it is all done. I did have to remind them of a few of my particular needs, but overall it has gone well.

,Thje agency was able to accommodate my need for quick service within one day. Staff were on time, efficient, professional and friendly. Staff did an all around good job. I will have them back on a regular basis and I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

I had to fire Home Sweet Home after 2+ years of using them because the team becamse increasingly careless with my furniture to the point where some pieces are dented and others scratched. I will have to have one antique table refinished entirely because the scratches are so deep. I will say they were honest and never stole from me, but after damaging my furniture to that extent, they had to go.

Home Sweet Home is the best cleaning service I have had in 28 years. This is the 4th service I have tried since moving to Howard County, and I feel my search if finally over. After using the service for 4 months, my home is still cleaned like they are trying to win my business. The service is prompt, friendly, flexible, and thorough.

They did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them, they were great.

Home Sweet Home did a great job of communicating to me on time to have a rush clean done for a party I was having. I needed 2 floors in my house cleaned and it was spotless for the party. They did a great job at coming when i wanted them to in the morning as well. I would recommend them for any job.

I absolutely loved the crew that came to the house. They were incredibly pleasant and clearly enjoyed their job. They did a very good job and took a significant amount of pride in their work. My house was spotless!

The very first cleaning was about $450 and they cleaned for about 10 hours. 3 ladies took only a half-hour break. My house had not been professionally cleaned before and they took care of the grease in the kitchen hood, the mildew stains in the bathroom as well as areas in the basement that had probably never been dusted. Since the initial visit they have been over bi-weekly for the last 2 months. The cleaning is still very good. The lead cleaner spoke very good english and was able to relay my questions and concerns to the team. Prices are very good compared to competitors and felt I got a good deal. The owner is very responsive when I found an area that needed dusting. I am very particular about cleaning and liked that they used hepa filter vacumes and removed all trash from the house. They also are good about organizing clutered areas in the bathroom and kitchen.

The quality of the cleaning I have received from Home Sweet Home Cleaning is better than previous services I have used. When the ladies were here for the initial "deep clean" they took four hours and really cleaned the place well. They do a thorough job rather than just making things appear clean. There is no formal checkoff sheet left after a clean, and I signed no paperwork when I began service with them, which is why I gave a "C" for professionalism. I have had no problems getting my questions answered from the owner of the business.

When we first met and I got my estimate, I thought I made it clear that I needed them to come in the morning as I had carpet/furniture cleaners coming in the afternoon. When nobody had arrived by 9ish, I called and was told they'd be there at 1:00. When I reminded her of our agreement, she quickly got to work getting the crew to my home. Three very nice and efficient ladies showed up at 10:00 and stayed until 3:30, with a 30 minute lunch break, and did a very thorough and excellent job. I was concerned that they might just rush through as their schedule was now askew, but the exact opposite was true. They stayed longer than I had expected and did a marvelous job. They also worked in an manner to have the carpeted rooms completed first so that, even though the carpet cleaner arrived while they were working, he was able to begin on the areas they had finished and they were all able to work around each other well. I was running all day myself, and was very pleased to be able to take a breather and "relax" that night before my guests arrive.
