My car has 155,000 miles on it and runs great. It is because of Hillmuth that my car runs so well and has lasted this long. They have been very responsive to my needs.

Prior to this visit they provided my 150,000 mile package of service. They are always timely, professional, and do great work. Additionally, they never suggest unnecessary work, will drop me off at home while doing the work, and sometimes the rate is even less than quoted.

I trust these professionals with my car. I have for many years and I will continue to do so.

I have been using them for 25 years. They are honest and reliable. They are also very friendly. Their service managers explain everything in detail to me.

The service was good. They were efficient. I chose them because they are a Certified AAA rated company.

It company is great. I have an older Catalytic and I was going to going to the Catalytic dealerships, and they were awful. This company is honest and they take care of us. They are prompt, when they say the car will be ready, it will be ready. They also offer services to take us home if we need to. They are always pleasant. Their customer service at the front desk, they are always courteous and tell us what we need to do or give us options. We have been using their service for 4 years with this Catalytic vehicle.

They are very responsive, courteous and thorough. I have been using them for at least 2+ years. The front office is very helpful. I waited one time depending on the service, once when I had my windshield wipers changed, I waited. When it is a longer procedure though, they drop me off at home and then call me when the car is ready. They then pick me up to take me back to get my car. Usually I have to wait less than a week for repairs. I am totally satisfied with their service and I never feel that I am being over charged.

It has been excellent. I have a 11 year old truck that they have kept it going since the original warranty has expired. They also service my wife's Lexis. We have been using them for 11+ years. They are trustworthy and they do not do work that does not need to be done. They never wait for something to break, but they let you know what can be prevented and give me the option to have the work. I deal with the mechanic Don if at all possible, because he is most familiar with my truck. Their service advisers, Stan and Scott, set up the services, make sure the work gets done and that I am satisfied. I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A+. There is always a friendly greeting from Shimmer, who is their black lab who lives there! They also loan me a loaner car and shuttle service if I have to leave my truck there; there is never any charge for that.

Their service is great and we have been going to them for about 12 years. They are really nice and my wait time depends on what I am having done. Their waiting area is very nice, they have a TV and WIFI so I am able to take my computer. If they do longer work/repairs, they have a ride program where they drop me off at home and then pick me up when the car is done. They are also close to my home so it is very convenient.

I'm really pleased with the professionalism, politeness, and responsiveness of the staff at Hillmuth. They don't talk-down to me, and they take the time to explain what's going on. They seem to have loyal employees who like working there. That seems like a good sign.

I like them. The price was somewhere between reasonable and slightly high. They are very responsive, good and the quality of the work is very good. I think they are very honest and they are not going to rip me off. I have used them for years and now I have both cars that go to the dealers because they are under warranty. All my dealings with the mechanics and service people have been very good. If my older car breaks down and needs to be tow somewhere, it will be going to them.

They are always professional and courteous

I started coming to their facility over the summer for my 3 vehicles. Their work on the vehicles were done okay,but when it came to their prices it was a highway robbery.It seemed everytime I got a quote it was asternomical. I finally had enough and decided to get my car towed from their shop to my previous shop . I had been going to my previous shop for many years and started looking for another shop because I had moved 25 minutes away.As a result I am never coming back to this shop because they overcharge you like it's no body's business. I am now going back to Caton Auto Clinic because they do honest work for an honest price.

The sheer volume of business I've done with them over the years should be an indication of my recommendation. I think they do a great job - they do routine maintenance correctly and are able to handle the bigger jobs. They are always professional, and if something isn't fixed to your satisfaction they make it right. I will say that they are expensive - their prices are similar to regular car dealerships. However, I would gladly pay 50% more to get car service done right, than pay the lowest price and get a shoddy job done.

The Hillmuth staff is very professional and polite. The car was serviced promptly. They also have a website where you can log in to check your car's service history.

I've used Hillmuth for years and have never had any problems with them, whether for a routine oil change or repair job. While I might be able to find a chain service station for cheaper, I trust Hillmuth to do the job correctly the first time and that counts a lot for me. For this appointment, I made the reservation on-line and they responded with both a phone call and then an email confirmation. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and was asked if I needed a ride to work (I didn't). They called me back sooner than I expected to let me know my car was ready and again asked if I needed to be picked up (I didn't). They have always been friendly and professional.

Left the car. Originally requested oil change, and that they check for any rodent nesting/chewing, as I'd noticed some hesitation in the engine when first started up. Stan called, and said no signs of rodents, but according to their records, the car was due for a brake flush and fuel induction decarbon. Said that the hesitation could be because of maint. needed on fuel injectors (fuel induction decarbon). He quoted me a price for each, I told him to go ahead. Car performed better after, no more hesitation. And, due to their Lifetime Service contract, and a coupon I had, price was actually less than quoted.

The service manager at Hillmuth is like something off Green Acres. I would rather get my teeth pulled then deal with this guy again. After he explained what a big deal it was that he was doing our car in such short order he continued to blabber on about yadayadya. I usually don't give feedback but I would not go there again because of him-even for a top notch mechanic who works there named Kevin.

I been there a dozen times over many years. They are always honest, competent and timely. No bargain but worth the money.

When I got in my car that morning, it wouldn't start. (My fault, I left the dome light on, and drained the battery.) As you can imagine, I was annoyed, but when I called Hillmuth, Scott was calm and professional. He offered to come out and jump start my car, and was there in under half an hour with a mechanic, and they got my car started immediately. He and the mechanic determined that the battery needed to be replaced--it WAS eleven years old--and offered to take my car to the shop. Scott offered me a loaner car, which I declined, with thanks. When they got to the shop (I stayed at home), Scott called me with an estimate for the battery replacement. About two hours later, I got a call that my car was ready. I decided to accept Scott's offer to have their driver pick me up and bring me to the shop. The bill was for the amount quoted. I have been a customer of Hillmuth for over fifteen years, and I am very happy with their courtesy, high level of customer service, professionalism, and expertise. They are always honest, upfront about costs, also about what work needs to be done immediately, and what can wait, and for how long. I am also very happy with their lifetime care deal. For a one time fee, and an agreement that you will bring your car to them for all of the dealer-recommended maintenance, they give you a discount, and free oil changes. If you are particular about your car maintenance, this is a fabulous deal.

I've been going to Hillmuth for a while. They are skilled mechanics and I've had good experiences. This time I asked for the 30,000 mile maintenance. I was hoping they would boil it down to what was absolutely necessary. Instead, they gave me an estimate of about $800 for a long list of things including, for example, lubricating the door hinges. Maybe I could have communicated my wishes better. That said, if you are looking for lower cost scheduled maintenance than the dealer, look elsewhere. For car repair, I think Hillmuth is OK.

As far as auto services go, we were pleased. They did the work in the timeframe promised and explained it carefully before we approved it.

I use them all the time. The experience with them has been great. They are very reliable and stand by their work. They provide good estimate and make good estimates of time as well as money. They are pretty expensive, but it is worth it.
