We were so blown away that they were honest, meticulous and when over every line of items that had been wrong and missed by the previous people that we had been to see. It is like a doctor for your car. They take pride in what they do! They are just great and really nice people!
It was great! They never do anything without your permission, they always call you ahead of time, they give you options. They tell you how long you can go before you need or must do the next thing if you don?t have the money. They are just really, really honest and up front. The staff is really knowledgeable, the people are great!
I wouldn?t give them anything but an ?A?! There are fabulous! Their pricing is absolutely worth what you pay! They are a little bit more expensive, but we are paying for quality work. They don?t tell you to put in anything or need anything or replace anything that isn?t absolutely necessary and they make sure you don?t drive your car if it is dangerous.
They pick up right away, they call right away. After you drop off your car, night drop, they call you first thing in the morning. They are on the phone at 8:00 am or 7:30 am giving me an update and giving me options of what I can do, which is always good. Absolutely the best!
