Description of Work: Replaced a leaky regulator valve where the pipe enters the basement. Regarding price, I did not shop around. They were highly rated on Angie's List with a ton of positive comments. Plus 10% off as a member for 1st timers. We were so happy that they could come out so fast. Personally, I am very picky. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: I had a hot water heater leak, with 1/2 inch of water on the floor of my basement. I called, and the plumber came, and replaced the hot water heater within 2 hours of calling. The price was a little higher due to the emergency service. He was very knowledgeable, even ad to disconnect a gas line to get the old heater out.

Description of Work: During the extreme cold weather last winter, the pipes burst and flooded the kitchen and the basement. I called Ehrhardt and Rob came out to the house and found all 16 pipes and repaired them. He was very efficient and professional. He explained all the repairs and tried to do the repairs with minimum damage to the ceiling and the walls. Rob showed up on time and worked over two sessions to finish all the repairs. They also replaced the sump pump and offered a discount. It was a pleasure to work with Ehrhardt. I will definitely call them for any plumbing needs.

Description of Work: The hose for the dishwasher was clogged. They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry and arrived at our house on time. My husband said it took no time for the gentleman to fix the issue. He even said that when we get a new dishwasher, they can install it. This is the second time we have used Erhardt and once again I am impressed!

Description of Work: I called Ehrhardt because the bathtub faucet was leaking and the spout appeared to be partially obstructed. The plumber arrived pretty much on time, inspected the faucet and confirmed the problem was in the stem. He recommended replacing the valves as opposed to repair them. He could not do the work that day because he did not have the parts. Once the parts came in Ehrhardt called me, and scheduled another appointment. The plumber arrived slightly early for the second appointment, installed the new valve set and replaced the spout. He also recaulked some areas around the tub and cleaned the work area. He completed the work in approximately 30 minutes, and the leak has been resolved. | |I was a little disappointed it took to visits to complete the job, but all in all the job was completed to my satisfaction within a reasonable time and at what I considered a fair price. Ehrhardt was also very good at giving reminders of the appointments and calling me when the plumber was enroute with an estimated arrival time.
