Description of Work: Plumbing lines in 3 kitchen sinks were slow moving. Keith came out and did an awesome job, explained what he was doing, the solution to the problem, and how to prevent it in the future. Keith was meticulous- wore shoe protectors, put tarps down and wiped everything off when done. Could not have asked for better. DJ was great, too, in the office handled my call with professionalism, and even called me back trying to schedule same day to resolve our problem.Our schedule did not permit same day service-so DJ kept to our scheduled appointment.

 + -1 moreCalled Ehrhardt and the following morning they had a plumber out to me. The receptionist was very polite and accommodating. When the plumbers arrived they looked at the issue and also checked other plumbing fixtures to make sure the issue was not located elsewhere. Once they were able to confirm the issue they cut out a small opening in the drywall and were able to see that their initial diagnoses was correct. They were very polite and helpful in explaining the issue. They used a drop cloth in order to ensure that the dust from the drywall did not get everywhere. They worked extremely quickly and finished the job in about an hour.
Description of Work: Had pin hole leaks in cold water pipe. Had them replace pipe.

 + -1 moreWe wanted new kitchen faucet installed and leaking washer hot water supply valve replaced. A friend recommended Ehrhardt. They gave us an appointment for 3-4 days after we called. Plumber and helper arrived on time. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Both the plumber and helper were very polite and nice. The charge for replacing the faucet was the same as estimate and charging for replacing the valve was reasonable. When we had leaks in the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms recalled again and were given an appointment the next day. The plumber arrived on time, diagnosed the problems and fixed them quickly. The rehabbed toilet works better than it did when we moved in 15 years ago. Price was very reasonable.
