Description of Work: These guys are really professionals. They were great at scheduling and completing this job. I purchased the big deal and it really was! They painted the whole apartment.

Description of Work: I contacted the provider, Mr. Joel Alvarado, by phone and he said the cancellation was ok with him but to call Angie's List to do the cancellation. He was friendly and agreeable.

Description of Work: I was trying to set a date for the service thru e-mail with the service provider, which is the provider's preferred method of comunicating, but that was taking too long. In the meantime my priorities changed and that is why I am cancelling my order.

Description of Work: I purchased a special deal. The specialist painted 2 bedrooms. He surveyed the space and estimated the time the job would take exactly, His painting was clear, precise and excellent. This review is an easy one. I would rate my entire experience EXCELLENT!

Description of Work: Service provider responded 3 days after my email for an exterior painter appointment. They responded "the Angie's List representative wrote the deal incorrectly. It is only for an interior painter."

Description of Work: As always, the crew showed absolute professionalism! My walls are beautiful! No mess or splatters left. Furniture moved and put back into place gently. I had two bedrooms and two bathrooms painted. We all know bathrooms are quite challenging, yet Definition crew made it look like child's play. I will always hire Definition for painting projects.

Description of Work: I bought a $450 Angie's list deal for two painters for a day. They showed up on time, worked the whole day, and painted more of the house than I thought they'd be able to. The quality of the work was great.

Description of Work: Owner had to reschedule estimate when his time & distance calculations were off, but he compensated by bringing his BEST guy to paint 3.5 rooms (~1,500 sq. ft., including all trim) in one day! Of all the professional services that I have used in about 15 years, this crew was polite, respectful, and attentive to detail. Not only did two more guys show up later to finish the trim, lines are neat and clean with no rework required. I recommend this crew to anyone, and will keep them in mind for future work. "Thank you" for a job well done.

Description of Work: Joel sent two very good painters to paint all day in our house. All the top and bottom mldg. and all the door frames and the family room in our split level home,start to finish these two young men were great.

Description of Work: Estimate over the phone. Not very engaging but courteous.
