Excellent. Cary was the electrical subcontractor on a major remodeling job I had done about two years ago. Since then, I've called him twice (including this time) for miscellaneous electrical jobs. He is always polite, efficient, and there are no surprises with costs. The only reason I rate Cary a B on Responsiveness is that he took a little longer than I would've liked to return my call. However, this was a matter of days, not weeks. And when he did call, he apologized a few times for not getting back quicker. You have to understand that sometimes, as a subcontractor, he gets consumed with large projects. For this job, Cary and his assistant showed up on time (7:30 a.m.) and completed the work (including doing a very nice job patching the hole left by the old thermostat) by 11:00 a.m. Incidentally, after getting his assistant settled, he made a trip to the local Starbucks and brought me a mocha (I offered to pay, but he wouldn't take the money)!
