MJ Cleaning services was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The crew was always friendly and accommodating and the price was very reasonable given the amount of cleaning required. Always impressed after every cleaning.

They were fine. It was fairly expensive but I can't remember exactly.

Julissa and her team are the best! We have been using MJ Cleaning Services for 3-4 years and have never been disappointed. They are 100% reliable, prompt and do excellent work. Because they are a team of 6 or 7 they are in and out in about an hour which causes little to no disruption to your day. They may be fast but are so thorough. Nothing is left undone. We are moving out of state and will no longer be able to use their services. My hope is to find a service as excellent as they are, but I suspect they will be difficult to replace. Thank you to Julissa and your team! You will be missed.

Very professional, good quality work, respectful of home environment

I have had my house cleaned by Julissa's team for about 5 years. They are excellent, and extremely efficient. I highly recommended them, and have got a few of my friends already signed up with them.

The owner was very pleasant and friendly. They were always responsive and easy to reach. The cleaning was done very well. We never had any complaints. I highly recommend this group and would use them again.

We have been using MJ Baltimore for several years, and have been quite satisfied with their work. They send a team of 6 or 7 cleaners, each with his or her own responsibility, and they do their work quickly and efficiently. Any issues that arise are dealt with quickly and professionally by Julissa. Occasionally when something is not to my standards, I easily resolve it at the next visit by leaving a note or by texting or calling Julissa. My concerns are always taken seriously and responded to professionally. My only complaint, and it is a small one, is that my team doesn't come at a consistent time of day. I am usually able to find out when they are coming by texting or emailing Julissa or her assistant the afternoon before or the morning of my cleaning date, but sometimes the response is slow in coming. I like to have time to tidy up the house in the morning before they come, and also like to be out of the house so I am not in their way, so it's helpful to know when they are coming. (This is reflected in the grade of B for responsiveness. I didn't downgrade for punctuality because the team generally arrives within the window of time I have been told they will arrive.)

It went very well. A team of people came in and did a very thorough job. The house was very clean and looked beautiful.

We can't say enough positive things about MJ Cleaning Services. We have used their services for the past year and a half, and only stopped because we moved out of the Baltimore area. Their professionalism and quality of service was always excellent. Our home was always treated with the utmost of care and respect, and was thoroughly cleaned every time. The owner, Julissa, is communicative and responsive. We were able to get in touch on short notice and she was always willing to accommodate our schedule. I called, sent emails and text messages since October. Despite conversations held and emails, no one came to my home to provide a quote (which is what I was told needed to occur before services could begin). I was very disappointed after reading other positive reviews. Unfortunately, I didn't feel that she wanted my business.

I didn't dislike anything. They were very willing to do anything I asked them and they were very careful to not bang on the walls. They were very good. I would recommend them highly.

Two emails were sent- no response 1 phone call made by my spouse the vendor said they would get back wit. Vendor never called back. with a propose date. My impression the vendor may be selective with whom they contract their services. I may be wrong , but vendor did not follow thru.

The team is timely, professional and time efficient. I like that each member works on a specific task. Our house always looks so beautiful after they leave. Julissa and MJ Baltimore Cleaning Services have been cleaning our house for 9 years. Every room is spotlessly cleaned, and the team goes above and beyond to make everything perfect. I love that she sends a group of people to clean because each room gets special attention instead of one person trying to do everything. Julissa always has been flexible when our schedule changes, and she provides wonderful customer service. The team is very friendly and very professional. We have a challenging house because it is large and old, and we are not good at keeping things put together. Julissa and MJ Baltimore make our house a home, and we are always grateful to them.

Very well. Julissa L., the owner of the business, sends a team of energetic and responsible workers--who are also very nice people! They do an excellent job, and they will go "the extra mile." I have been using them for 2-3 years, based on my satisfaction with their work. (Years ago I used Merry Maids for awhile, and there is no comparison in quality and efficiency.) This is a wonderful small business. Try it. You'll like it!

MJ Cleaning did an excellent job. They arrived on time, were efficient, professional and left my house spic and span! I look forward to them coming on a regular basis to clean my home.

We have our home cleaned every 2 weeks and we can always count on the crew to be on time and very professional.

Everything was great. Julissa is a pleasure to work with. The staff was punctual, polite, and they do a very thorough job while still being very quick. I have had my share of cleaners and they are by far the best. My house is always very clean and smells wonderful. They get in couch cushions, under rugs, under furniture, etc. We get them on a regular basis and I highly recommend them to others.

We have been quite pleased with the service. The team is professional and does a good job, getting in and out of our house in less than 2 hours. Julissa worked with us to allow us to pay monthly, which was very helpful for us. We had an initial deep clean that was excellent, and service since then started out also excellent but has dropped to very good for the past few cleanings. Our only complaint is that the hardwood floors aren't as clean as I'd like after a cleaning but that's a minor gripe since they are cleaned. We had an issue with the team not cleaning our half bathroom once and it took a while to get a reply about this, but this seemed to be a miscommunication about whether it was included in the basement, which we only get cleaned once a month. I do wish it would have been offered to come back to clean it.

Our house has only two occupants at the present time and so it does not require weekly or biweekly cleaning as it did in the past. Julissa runs her cleaning service like a true professional. When I contacted her through Angie's list about nine months ago she made an appointment to come into my home and give me an estimate. She was prompt, pleasant, and fair on her pricing. When her cleaning crew comes to clean, they are prompt, dressed neatly in matching uniform shirts, and they always have a smile at the door. They also use their own equipment and materials to clean. When I contact Julissa about something I would like cleaned a different way or added on for just that day, she gets right back to me and never has a problem with it. Our house looks spotless after the cleaners have been there and I would definitely recommend this service.
