2 work crews led by Julissa and her husband tackled my house - which had not had a thorough cleaning in a very long time - and never professionally. Coming home was a delight. Everything noticeably clean, especially the bathroom where the tub and tiles looked brand new.

AMAZING. They came with a team of 8-10 people and they did a very thorough job. I look forward to having them back for routine bi-weekly cleaning ($135). I was really impressed with how thorough they were. The previous person did a pre-move-in clean and just wiped everything down, but MJ/Julissa was awesome and extremely pleasant/professional.

They were truly amazing. It was scary to learn just how dusty the house had been. Julissa and her crew were friendly but focused on their work. We can't wait to have them back. Under normal circumstances, we'd schedule them for regular visits, but cancer is dictating our availability right now. And because of cancer, we had to reschedule the initial deep cleaning several times. Julissa was unbelievably flexible and accommodating. A real joy to do business with!

Wow! What a great experience. The owners came out ahead of time to view our home and talk with me about which areas I wanted cleaned and what they thought would be needed. At that time I was given a fixed price and they honored that price even though the team ended up spending more time than they anticipated. I was very impressed with the attention to detail: they even took down the light fixture shade and washed it out. We have a dog and two cats -- lots of fur -- so they paid special attention to the furniture cushions, removing them and vacuuming underneath. The team was well coordinated and worked very hard. I feel great coming home now! Can't wait for them to come back in two weeks. Update 12/2010: They continue to come every two weeks and the house has never felt this good. They are always friendly and work quickly and well. It's an absolute pleasure.

All of my contact with Julissa was very professional, and she was extrermely helpful. We had some tight scheduling because a photographer was coming in, and Julissa made sure she and her crew were in and out in plenty of time. The house really sparkled when they were finished, and they were cheerful and efficient through the whole process. Julissa was a pleasure to work with and the quality of the cleaning job was outstanding.

They were a little late getting there, but Julissa was very professional and called to let me know what was going on. It was not a problem, and once they arrived they got right to work sweeping, mopping and scrubbing our house. Before they came, it was very dusty - but everything was sparkling when they left. We have decided to have them come back biweekly to keep up with everything. Julissa and her crew are a pleasure to work with, and It is worth the money we spend just for the way my bathroom sparkles!

In the last year that we have been working with them we have run out the door for work in the morning and forgotten to leave a check on more than one occasion. Julissa has always been very gracious and allowed us to leave 2 checks the following week. (Certainly not something I want to make a habit of out of fairness to her, but certainly an illustration of their understanding and level of professionalism) Julissa and her crew are very open and friendly and most importantly I trust them in my home. Having a father in law enforcement I was raised to be more than a little cautious about letting people in the house when you're not there, hiring people to help out, etc. and nothing has ever been out of place and they are careful with our things. Julissa and her team are fantastic and I very much recommend their services... I can't tell you what a relief it has been to not have to work 60 hours each week and then spend all weekend cleaning my house. It may seem expensive to do it every week, but it has really improved our quality of life and decreased our stress level. We can now spend more time relaxing and enjoying our home.

From our first phone conversation, it was clear what an intelligent, energetic and enthusiastic person Julissa is, and this gave me a lot of confidence in what was to come. My early judgment was spot on. From the initial assessment/estimate meeting to every aspect of the cleaning Julissa's team performed, I was nothing but thoroughly impressed, as was my 85-year-old mother, who lives with us (and we all know about the high standards moms have for housecleaning). After years of using various cleaning people in many parts of the country, I feel as if I have finally found "the one." I did not find Julissa's prices out of line for this area, but if you have to scrimp and save and have MJ Baltimore only once in a while, do it! To quote Julissa, "You're going to be happy!"

Everything was great, the house was clean, and they did not take all day to do it. They even put plastic bags in all the garbage cans.

Julissa arranged a meeting with me at my house to arrange the Deep Cleaning and give me an estimate. She was very clear about what would be covered in her services and what would not. We went over over everything in the rooms I wanted cleaned and she asked alot of good questions. She also indicated that she personally leads& supervises a team of three to four people and is one of the cleaning team members. She uses this business strategy to reduce the amount of time at each cleaning appointment. I like it because the person I know who is in my house cleaning while I am working. I also like that Julissa used her mobile phone, texting and email to manage her client appointments. It makes it very easy to contact her and vice versa. She is very prompt in responding. The Deep Cleaning was really thorough. I couldn't believe how good the rooms looked after it was done. I was not at home when they deep cleaned. I happened to have had another service provider come into my home that same day at the same time, to take care of my pets. Later they told me how impressed they were with the efficiency and focus of Julissa's team of cleaners and how quickly they worked. I have noticed over time when they clean, they take note how certain pieces of furniture or rugs are placed and try to replace them the same way. I hate housework and find it very boring, but yet I like a clean house. Hiring Julissa has worked out well for my needs. I have had them cleaning monthly since August 2009 through to the present. They were everything they represented themselves to be on Angie's List and in our initial meeting and I will continue to use them and recommend them.

**UPDATE** Not much of an update. Just wanted to tell everyone that for the past year and a half they've been by almost every two weeks and we STILL love them. We can't recommend them more strenuously to potential clients. A+++ We see Julissa every two weeks and she and her crew work beyond our expectations. We loved them so much after our first deep clean that we decided to have her back every two weeks. They perform great and professional work. A+

This was a wonderful experience from begining to end. Julissa is a treasure. Everyone deserves this experience. The crew went to work immediately, effeciently and quietly. They seemed to enjoy and respect each other; they certainly respect the house and objects in it. It was a sheer joy to have this service.

Julissa was very nice and professional from the beginning. She came in before the cleaning and gave me a price to clean my house (it was quite dusty and probably dirtier than I'd like to admit) and explained everything the service included. She also paid special attention to specific areas that I mentioned that were of concern to me - such as a set of shelves in my bathroom that really needed to be scrubbed. One reason I chose MJ Cleaning over other companies that were highly rated on Angie's List is that she gave me a set fee rather than charging hourly. I felt more comfortable knowing that the price couldn't balloon at the last minute depending on how much time it took to actually clean the house. The day of the cleaning, Julissa arrived with a team of 4 additional people, and they scrubbed and scrubbed! I walked around the house in amazement after they left! Things I had not even thought of - they had cleaned. I would not hesitate to recommend Julissa to friends and family, and if I had the money to do this more often I would!

Although a little pricey, Julissa's team did an excellent job and got the work done within 72 hours of my initial call -- quite remarkable.

I called Julissa and we made an appointment to look at my apartment so i could get a quote. She arrived on time and was very nice. She overlooked the property and gave me a price, which was fair- the place was a little untidy. We met on the day of service and her crew went to work. She called me to inform that everything had been completed. She gave me a tour of what was done. The apartment looks great- just like the first day i moved in.

Michelle and her crew did a wonderful job. The house was spotless, I didn't even want to touch anything. They did a wonderful job on just about every little detail you could think of (the dust bunnies under and behind the bed!) They even organized my son's little bookshelf in his room which I wouldn't have even given a second thought to look at. I look forward to MJ doing our bi-weekly cleanings.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Julissa was able to fit me in with less than 24hrs notice & with the restrictions I had in my schedule. The crew was friendly, professional, and did a great job on my house. I know it was a difficult job, especially because I hadn't had anyone in to clean since I stopped using my previous service. Fingers crossed, this is the start of a long-term commitment with MJ Baltimore Cleaning.

They were recommended by a friend because they are always on time and the quality of their work is excellant. They are dependable and are very efficient. I will continue to use their service.

Julissa came out to give an estimate a few days earlier, and then arrived today -- just when she said she would -- with her crew. My house wasn't in terrible shape to begin with -- no pets, no kids, and we're pretty neat -- so I think her price was much less than it could have been. I had no idea how much dust I had, or how great it could look after being really cleaned from top to bottom. The crew includes her husband and mother, and two other workers. They spent at least 1 1/2 hours working on the house. They completely respected all my requests in terms of products used. The place is so clean! I am very happy!!

The experience was great. Julissa came in advance of the workday to give a price estimate (about a week-and-a-half in advance); the day before the cleaning, she phoned to give the approximate time that she would arrive, indicating that they might be early, in which case she would call. I did receive a call on Friday, and the team arrived about an hour in advance of the scheduled time, so it worked out just fine. The team got right to work, and Julissa and her husband worked alongside the other team members, supervising the entire time. Julissa encouraged me to check out any completed areas for thoroughness and cleanliness, and each time I did, I was quite impressed. I even found one worker, Marvin, cleaning the surface of my trash/recycling pull-out unit, which is inside a kitchen cabinet. The toaster oven was spotless, as was the microwave. Julissa asked me in advance about using certain products...just in case I had concerns or objections to their use in my home. In the days since the team was here, I've been performing "finger" tests here and there to see if all the pictures and shelves (and we have LOTS) were dusted, and the results have been very impressive. My husband was also very happy, and he is a tough critic! So, thanks to Julissa, I was proud to open my home to guests on Saturday night.

I chose this company because of the positive comments on Angie's List, and now I can see how Julissa and her team earned such rave reviews. Their attention to detail is great: baseboards, ceiling fans, windowsills, and all those other hard-to-reach spots. Julissa is a pleasure to work with. She came to the house promptly for an estimate, and she arranged her schedule to fit in our first cleaning within just a few days. We are very pleased to be her newest regular customers.
