They are very thorough and by far the best I've ever had. I would use them in the future.

I was very impressed. I have had other cleaners out and they do not compare to MJ. I am thinking of using her again. Her prices were comparable to what others charge, and in some cases better.

I would recommend them again. They came in and went right to work. They cleaned all lighting (including recessed lights). They cleaned all kitchen cabinets and the microwave oven and all stainless appliances. The bathrooms were absolutely spotless, which pleased me immensely.

They did a great job. The house is virtually dust and dog-hair free. My husband and I took our dogs out right after the house was cleaned and got them groomed because we wanted to keep the house in great shape after the terrific job Julissa and her crew did.

Julissa's team is very thorough and guests who arrive at my home constantly complement me on how clean everything is. I have two cats that shed like crazy, and Julissa's team manages to get up most of the fur from carpets, furniture, and blankets. I have had negative experiences with other cleaning crews who have not been punctual or professional. I was hesitant to begin another regular service, but Julissa has been extremely professional. She has always been willing to work with my requests regarding cleaning preferences or scheduling. I have already recommend her to my mother-in-law and would recommend her to others.

They were very nice on the phone and at the estimate. They did not honor the Angies List coupon but promised to come do a deep cleaning with a large crew and stay until it was done. They e mailed me the confirmation with a price higher then what was agreed upon at the estimate. I contacted them and they honored the estimate price. The day of the cleaning they were late and came with half the crew. They had not called. They stayed for a little over an hour and said they were not done but would be back. Some areas seemed clean and others especially the floors were not clean at all. They were going to e mail me to set up the completion of the work. They never e mailed, they called 2 weeks later and said they would be back but it was a full cleaning as they had finished the first time, we set up a date for early afternoon about a week and a half later. Although this should have been the cfompletion of the "deep clean" I wanted to give them a chance. On the day of the cleaning they did not show up. We called them and they said they had spoken to me and I was calling them. This of course was not true as we had set a date and time. They then said had we given them a key to the house they could have been done. As we did not know them nor had a feeling of trust this seemed out of line. We will not use them nor recommend them.

Contacting Julissa thru e/mail was easy and she was always timely and responsive. After coming to my house for the estimate, she throughly described the services that would be completed and even said they would change the bed linens if I wanted. There were some e/mails back and forth regarding the service date but this was due to my scheduling and not hers. Although I would not be present during the actual cleaning, I felt very comfortable with giving Julissa a house key. This is a testament to the professionalism that Julissa conveyed during our meeting since I have NEVER given a key to my home to someone I just met ! When I returned home that evening, I was truely suprised and satisfied of all that her team had accomplished. I will continue to have Julissa and her company clean on a monthly basis since I know she and her team will do a excellent job. I can only say to anyone hesitant @ having someone in your home, Julissa and her team will put that concern to rest.

We were please with their work. They did a great job making our home sparkle. They were very thorough and professional. Julissa and her husband supervised a group of hard working people. They spent time in each room not leaving until all their work was done. We couldn't ask for anything more!

Of all of the cleaning services we have had, MJ is the best. They are a husband and wife team and are very friendly and professional at the same time. The initial visit where the deep cleaning was done was excellent and well worth the money. They do an excellent job with my bathrooms, and while the dusting of the house in subsequent visits could be better, they do pay more attention to the details than any other service and overall we are pleased.

Fantastic! Contacted them about one week before my baby shower to request a deep cleaning for our house. Julissa called back and we scheduled for her to stop by to give us an estimate. She was very thorough in explaining to us what services were included and how the work would be performed. We pointed out things that we wanted to include (we have two dogs so getting up all the dog hair was a big priority) and things that we didn't. Julissa quoted us $320 which we thought was fair for the work expected so we confirmed a cleaning date for two days later. Julissa said she'd schedule us for the last house of the day and call ahead to let us know what time she would be there. On the day of the cleaning it was raining pretty steadily which had a lot of folks caught in traffic. Julissa called me twice to update then confirm her team's arrival time. My husband and I grabbed dinner out then came back to a phenomenally clean house. It smelled great as soon as we opened the door and everything she promised was taken care of. They dusted and cleaned EVERYTHING. The place looked spotless. They even did things like vacuum the dog beds, set up the baby's bedding in the nursery, and placed dog toys they found all around the house on top of our dog's crate. We are thoroughly pleased with the work performed and really think they went above and beyond what we expected. We would happily recommend their services to others and plan to contact Julissa to contract for regular scheduled cleaning services in a couple of months after the baby is born.

They are good and everything seems clean.

Overall, very pleased. They brought a large crew and quickly cleaned the house. There were a couple minor areas missed, but I was extremely pleased overall. Very professional, very good, and very responsive. I will definitely used them again, if not on an ongoing basis.

This company cleans my 4200 sq ft. house every week. So far they have come four times. I'm incredibly satisfied with their service. Not only is everything cleaned thoroughly and professionally, but the owners are as nice and polite as humanly possible. Just truly warm, friendly, and service oriented people. In addition, for weekly cleaning, they are phenomenal. They bring a huge crew so the whole house is cleaned in under an hour. It's so convenient! They do everything - - vaccuuming all the floors, mopping, dusting, cleaning the bathrooms thoroughly. They provide all the cleaning products! That alone adds so much value. I couldn't be happier and hope they will clean my house for a long time to come.

Julissa and her husband and their teams were very professional. Today was my first deep cleaning and because of that they came enmass with a total of 8+ people cleaning, they cleaned non-stop for 3 hours. It was worth every penny. They were wonderful. I am hoping they will come weekly. I understand there will only be one group coming weekly but the team will be accompanied by one of the owner's. They will clean with a team of 5-6 and will be in and out in an hour and a half. So far, I am pleased and would reccommend them to anyone.

This is the best cleaning service i have ever had. they are thorough, professional, and friendly. I have been so happy with my entire experience from the initial estimate to additional cleanings. They do extras that I would never expect and my house is shining clean from the inside out.

I have used a number of other cleaning services and this one is the best, hands down. Very professional, nice staff, fair price, and a very clean house. Very happy and looking forward to next week when they come back! My regular weekly cleaning rate was very good as well. The same rate as I had been paying but a much better job. You won't be disappointed.

we did have a few back and forth phone calls. MY FAULT not hers. I got sick and had to cancel our appointment. Julissa was very understanding and was really glad that I had to cancel because she did not want her employees exposed to germs and neither did. When I was better she came in did an inspection and quoted me a price which she stuck to and I thought was very reasonable. When she and her crew arrived they did not have to be told what to do although she was there to inspect their work in progress etc. All went smoothly and it only took them a few hours to have the condo spotless. Earlier that day I had taken off my bed clothes to change - they even put the new linens on and made the bed. I also had some clothes on a bench at the bottom of my bed to take to the cleaners. Where I had just tossed them to take them the next day - they folded them into a neat pile. They did small things like that which had really nothing to do with cleaning the condo. If I could rate they another way they would all get an AAAAAAAAA+++++++++ If you are in need of a cleaner PLEASE call Julissa at once. I cant say enough about how great Julissa is.

I was expecting company from out-of-town; and I needed some major help to prepare for them. I had been neglecting my place and it clearly showed. Julissa and her crew of professionals came to my condo and performed an incredibly wonderful job in restoring my place to a true home environment---one that I can feel proud to show to my family and friends. She was understanding and presented herself in a very caring and personable way. This was very important to me. Prior to the appointment, she came to my place and communicated all that she would be doing in the home. She was on time and made herself very accessible. She made recommendations and offered input that truly displayed her professionalism and her high regard to ethics when dealing with customers. Julissa has amazing people skills and clearly knows what it takes to get the job done. She impressed me as trustworthy from the very beginning. This initial impression, coupled with the glowing reports from this site, helped me to feel comfortable in trusting her in my home. When the work was done, I felt so happy and satisfied, that I was overcome with emotion. I was even more impressed and overcome with her quick follow-up to make sure that I was happy with the work that had been performed. Needless to say, I was elated. It's so important to have your surrounding in good condition. Your environment can really have an impact on your functioning and your overall outlook. Julissa did more than clean my home, she helped me to re-establish a more positive emotional state---one that has helped me to feel so much better. Since the work was done 1 week ago, I have been busy entertaining in a home that I can be proud of. I am, also, so grateful for her and her little touches of elegance and style that she subtly added to my place. We were headed out of town and needed an emergency house cleaning so our housesitter wouldn't have to live in an utter mess. MJ came to the rescue, fitting us into their schedule on very short notice and providing amazing and extremely professional service. They were also quite friendly and understanding. They are now going to clean our house on a monthly basis, and we are thrilled. So far this is the best experience we've had, and we've used three different cleaning services previously.
