Went great. They came and saw my home and told me what they do and don't do and gave me the price. They were very professional.

Julissa is very professional - shows up on time, very responsive to customer needs. She brought in two teams to deep clean my house. They did a phenomenal job - even with two dogs, two boys and a house that had not been cleaned regularly in at least 6 weeks. They will be cleaning my house every two weeks from now on.

I have continued to use MJ Baltimore for regular house cleaning every 2 weeks, and I am very pleased. I would certainly recommend Julissa and her company's services.

My experience has been very good. They charge $245 for the whole house per month. They came very highly rated on Angie's List which is why we got them. They are not the cheapest but we have a very large house. Julissa is really conscientious and dedicated to her business. She makes every effort to satisfy the customer. We plan to continue using them in the future. My husband and I are very satisfied with the work.

They do a good job. They come every other week and are pretty fast. They bring in a pretty large crew and go through the house and our house is 3200 sq. ft. They have got ten or twelve people doing the work. They do it in a couple of hours. I pay between $125 and $150 every other week. It depends on what work they do. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

My mobility was limited for four months due to a foot injury. The house got dirtier and dirtier. I called Julissa because of her high score on Angie's List and she did not disappoint. She was easy to work with and assured me that they would take care of everything, and they did! The first visit was a deep clean: 12 people for about 3 hours. They washed everything! I was so happy. Now they come every two weeks. They are efficient polite and very thorough. I would recommend this company to everybody. They are wonderful.

I received a few calls stating that they were not taking new customers just yet, but gave recommendations of those who were. I thought that was nice. I did however quickly get a call back from an Award winning company listed on Angie?s list. She was very nice, we talked for a long time about my needs, what was expected, how large of a house I have, and I felt very comfortable having her come out to my home. However, she was NOT MJ cleaning. Instead I got a very rude phone call from MJ cleaning telling me how crazy I was for even asking for the rate I was requesting and that NOBODY was going to call me back. I couldn?t get a word in to let her know I had found someone I actually LIKE and wouldn?t be using her company, especially after being yelled at by this woman. As I started to speak each time I was cut off by her telling me how her company was better than anything I could get.. however they were busy and couldn?t even come out for at least a month and wouldn?t even look at my quote for under $125 a visit. Well, thankfully.. she wasn?t my first experience in finding a cleaning company and I am happy to report that I have found a cleaner who isn?t full of themselves. If they didn?t want my business.. why did they even call? I don?t appreciate the lecture and I hope other inquiring Angie?s List customers don?t make the same mistake I did by emailing this company unless they like being treated like an idiot.

My overall experience was outstanding. The owners are extremely knowledgable and the people that work on the cleaning teams are very friendly, hard working and careful. I was initially introduced to the team members and then they went to work. I can't say enough about my experience. The teams work together perfectly. It takes a good leader to get that to happen. When everyone was finished, the owner took me through each room to show me what they did. It was just wonderful to see everything gleaming, without pet hair! I highly recommend MJ Cleaning. You will not be disappointed!

They did a spectacular job!! The owner arrived with her crew of 10 people and thoroughly cleaned every inch of the house. She then did a walk through with me to make sure everything was cleaned to my satisfaction, which it was. I am an exceptionally neat person, and have found fault with other house cleaning companies that I have employed. However, I have nothing but praise for MJ Baltimore Cleaning Services. They are professional, punctual, responsive to emails and phone calls, and their service are of the highest quality. I certainly plan to continue to use their services on a routine basis.

The price was great. They are very thorough. There’s a lady and her husband who run the company and they are so friendly. I just really liked her and her husband. They really put you at ease. They ask us to relax. They get everything done and they go. They do a great job. I’ve used them on and off for a year. They’ve done deep cleaning for me and then now they have just started doing it every other week. They are going to do it bi-weekly or bi-monthly for us. I will use their services again in the future.

It went pretty well overall. After calling the phone number for the company, I got a response from Julissa a few days later. We made an appointment to do an estimate on the cleaning of 2 bathrooms and a basement in an otherwise empty townhouse. I thought the $175 was a tad high since a full-house cleaning for a townhouse was about $350. But it needed to be done since the renter was moving in the next week. On the cleaning day, a team of 6 or so people showed up and cleaned the designated areas in about an hour and a half. I did have to point out areas that did not get cleaned to my satisfaction (e.g. dust and dirt left along the basement door, the shelves inside the mirrored medicine chest). Once I told Julissa, she sent a worker back to clean these areas. After they left, I noticed other spots that weren't cleaned, like the underside of the tub faucet. My renter hasn't complained about these areas, but I noticed them. For the money, I guess I expected just a bit more.

Contacted Julissa via email and she responded within 12 hours. Julissa had cleaned out home a year ago and was familar with it. As in our first experience, they were very professional and did a great job. We will use them again.

Utilizing MJ Baltimore Cleaning Services is my first usage of Angie's List as a reference. I have utilized a couple cleaning services over the last seven years, all starting out with a bang then slowly becoming sloppy over time. I'm going into my second straight month with MJ and have been pleased to this date. The initial estimate/meet and greet went very well, Julissa is very engaging, making you feel comfortable handing over the key to your home. Julissa has fully embraced technology (i-pad, smartphone) making contact/communication/follow up very easy. We started out with the requisite initial deep cleaning to bring everything up to speed and have had bi-weekly cleanings since then over last couple of months. My house is an easy clean since we don't have pets or children...I watch to make sure areas aren't being glossed over because the service knows they aren't being used and to this point hasn't occurred. The bathroom areas are my main focus and have been left sparkling clean. Carpets are thoroughly vacuumed, hardwoods cleaned, ceramic tile cleaned and vinyl cleaned (all with no messy mop residue). If you're looking for a company to help with your house cleaning I would give MJ Baltimore Cleaning Services a call.

I AM SOOO extremely happy with Julissa and her team!! She and her Husband are true professionals and just the sweetest people!!! She responded promptly to emails and phone calls, we set up a date for her to come do an estimate (sunday 5/15) she told me what time she expected to be at my house and then called me a couple of times that day to confirm and when she was getting closer to my house etc. Julissa and her husband came and did a thourough walk thru of my house and described the work that needed to be done. I knew how much work and elbow grease it was going to take to get my house clean. The estimate was extremely fair in my opinion give the size of my house and the amount of dust bunnies and yuckiness around (bathrooms,kitchen,dust) So on Sunday Julissa told me when they are in my area in Towson which is on Tuesdays.. ( really I would have preferred closer to the weekend like a Thursday because we do entertain alot on weekends.. but truly it is what it is.. Julissa and her 3 teams have A TON of houses to clean weekly and I understand about the need to keep houses in the same areas grouped together) , they also had time available on Wednesday afternoon to do the deep clean (5/18). We scheduled the time for 4-4:30 .. Julissa called me around 5:45 and told me they were done.. they had been able to get into my house earlier around 3 that day. When I got home I was so excited to see what I would find.. I swear to you that I could smell my clean house when I got out of my car!!!!! No Lie! The cleaning exceeded my expectations.. every single surface was spotless... even the top of my daughter's dresser ~ I actually wasn't expecting them to move all that crap off and clean it! they took the time to clean out the little basket on my toilet and organize the stuff in there!! the toilet paper was folded ala hotel style. and OMG the tubs have never been so white and sparkly!! They put back my pictures and knick-knacks in a much more cohesive and presentable way then I had them! they cleaned the cobwebs off the highest point of my ceilings.. they changed the sheets on the beds, I could go on and on! They are scheduled to come back every other week for now. My husband and I work full time and have a very active 4 year old toddler cleaning and finding time to really scrub bathroom floors, kitchen floors, clean the cabinets, vacuum, mop etc.. and still have quality time to spend with my family is really difficult .. I finally came to the realization that I needed some help and Julissa and her team rescued me! Thank you Julissa!

Called company to set up time to come out for estimate, early Tuesday. The lady that answered told me to write out my addresses, send them by email and she would get back to me later that day. No response, so I called her the next day, and she said, "I got home late," Still, if you say you're gonna call, then call as soon as you can, especially if you have a prospective client with two homes to be cleaned. The lady said that Reisterstown was in her "zone" of cleaning, as well as TImonium, where the second house was to be cleaned on Tuesday when I asked her right out if she would do Reisterstown. (On her service site within Angie's List, she states that she even goes to Carroll County, which is much further then I live) "Yes" was her reply. We set up for Friday for her to call and make estimate appts for both houses on weekend. One was to be Saturday and maybe the other on Sunday. I rec'd a call on Thursday, (after we had discussed cleaning in Reisterstown - and saying I lived on a farm on Tuesday) that she would not take the job as where I lived, was not in her area. Her GPS took her way out of the way, however, I live less the 7 miles from her house. ( I have a GPS as well, and my Timonium house is less then 2 miles from her). So what gives? If you advertise you go to Reisterstown, and even into the next county, I can't imagine why you wouldn't at least see how far I lived before insulting me, by saying you weren't going to listen how far I lived in miles. I find this very unprofessional, and at this time would not recommend the company. I am very glad I did not go with this company, and have since found one that is very accommodating, a great price, (MJ's appears very high) and extremely professional without the hassle of waiting for returned phone called and cancellations when already discussed prior.

This company is great!! They have been cleaning for me weekly since late October. The company is owned by a really nice husband and wife team and their employees are wonderful too. One or both of the owners comes each week and they arrive with a team of 5-10 people. We have a fairly large house and they are in and out in about an hour. I love that! I had one concern about getting all of the cat hair up and they immediately and nicely corrected the situation. If you can get on their schedule, you are lucky!!

I have been extremely pleased with this group. I have used other services which did far less and charged more. They have been cleaning my house every other week since Oct. 2010. The initial deep clean was around $450, and they return every other week to maintain this level of cleanliness @ $165/visit. They are very polite, respectful, and gentle handling my breakables. Julissa, the owner, has been so delightful and accommodating and oversees all the work to assure it has been performed to my standards...which are high! She is eager to please. I could not have asked for a better job in cleaning my home...they are trustworthy, professional, friendly, and perform excellent work. I feel very fortunate to have found them.

After several communications, Julissa's crew of 10 showed on time. Cleaned house from top to bottom including all the corners, nooks and crannies. Would definitely recommend to freinds and would have them return again!!

Simply put, this is the best cleaning service I've had in 17 years. They take care of detail work without us having to ask (bottom of the toaster oven, vent fan on microwave, etc) and significantly outperform our last Baltimore-based cleaning company just on plain-old everyday cleaning tasks. The little touches always put a smile on our faces on cleaning day (for example, arranging the animals in our daughter's crib or making flowers out of tissues)- and the touches remind us of the type of personal service you get in your cabin on a cruise! Update: We used this service for over three years, and they were consistently outstanding. We were sorry to lose them when we moved away from Baltimore.

Overall, I felt belittled. We had an appointment scheduled for 4 pm. This accomodated her schedule as well as mine. But she called to see if she could come early since her other estimates finished early. She was sitting in front of my house, asking to come early, telling me there is a van in my driveway (infer what you want). I agreed, and told her I would try to be there by 3:30. So I rushed as much as I could, so she wasn't waiting too long. I rushed to come to my home to have some one, basically, insult me. She was constantly telling me my house was dusty, and the harmful effects of dust. She then proceeded to tell me how her teams would clean my home. In one of my bathrooms, she looked at it and said she would have to use bleach on that one (stained grout). Not a big deal - I use bleach in all my bathrooms. In the bedrooms I did not want her to change bed linens; I would do that. She doesn't move furniture; fine, I didn't expect her to. She stated that her estimate would be high because of the 2 teams and the work. I acknowledged that was my expectation. Her email stated that she did not have an opening until May. So, why did she waste my time? Couldn't she be honest with me? Other clients may rave about her services, and they may be great, however, based on my initial contact with her, I would not use or recommend her. My home is not condemnable, covered in bugs, food all over the place, or filthy. I could not live in a home like that, or nurse my husband and son in that, and have a nursing agency in on a daily basis for my son. I accept that my furniture is dusty, but to be told that my house is dusty and unhealthy repeatedly is over the top. And yes, the breakfast dishes were in the sink, but rinsed, and not collecting any creatures.

Julissa and her team performed an excellent service to our home. They are professional, courteous, and performed this service in a very timely manner. I would have them back to clean out home any day! Very pleased with this company and I highly recommend them.

The team arrived on-time and immediately got to work. The deep clean took less than 3 hours and when I arrived home everything was sparkling clean and looked perfect. The bathroom especially looked immaculate. We will continue to use this company for regular monthly cleanings as we were very impressed with their work, their professionalism and their respect for our home. Dealing with Julissa was a pleasant experience as she is extremely friendly, professional and accommodating.
