They were stunning as they taught me how to solve the ant problem and I did not have to call them anymore for ants. I do use a termite protection system that is working which is mysterious. I don't have termites any more. We had a terrible problem with ants in this area. I was very happy with the guy that treated the ants. He would come back. He would spray and be there the next day. He walked me around the house and showed me as to what I had to do and explained that I probably had a nesting in the siding of the house. He also showed me as to how to use boric acid powder and I don't have ants anymore. They would still try and get in but I could solve it myself now. I had a national chain company do it in the past and they did not give a hoot about it. They would come in, spray on everything and leave. They would just say that they would be back in a month and the ants would come right over from what they had sprayed. They did not even solve the problem. I was very happy with these two guys from Atlas Exterminator Company Incorporated. They had at least two guys who could explain ants to me and they were very useful. Their price was good. They would charge me $300 per year for their yearly maintenance services but it could have been different when they installed the termite controller and I don't remember the exact price for that. They charged me $50 each time that they came out to solve the ant problem but they let me know upfront that they would charge me each time that they came out.

I’m always very happy with them. I think they are great. I’ve been using them for about eighteen years. There’s just one really nice guy who is the technician. I really trust him and he’s very nice. I liked the fact that he sets all the mouse traps and puts the peanut butter on, so I don’t have to do it. He’s punctual and very dependable. They are really reasonable. We’ve had some other prices that we got from other people that I’ve not even heard of. There hasn’t been any major pest problem except for spiders sometimes. They are just all of the above in a good way. When you need them, you can just call them. I have a yearly contract with them for a long time. They’ve been around for a long time. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

They are one of two companies in our area that do Sentricon termite control. We had an ant problem so I called them about that. The technician came out and sprayed. He was here about 15 minutes and charged $180. Let's see, that works out to $720 an hour. Good wages for a top lawyer. He said it would take two weeks before the full effect took place, meaning I could not call them again before two weeks. Meanwhile I am getting hundreds of large dead ants in the house, and my house goes on the market next week. I would use them for Sentricon, since they are the only game in town, but for ants, I doubt it.

They come out every year and do termite surveying for me. I think that they do a good job. They are very reliable and thorough. I think that their prices are reasonable. I have to call and schedule but they are very efficient. They are always on time for the appointment. I have used them for probably fifteen years.

On one occasion when they treated the carpenter ants, they didn't charge me anything. It depends on which person they send out, though some are better than the others. Overall, they pretend to be professional and try to take care of the problem

I called and arranged an appointment for a specific day and time. No one showed up. When I called back, I was told the technician would be coming in about 15 minutes. No one showed up or called me back. I called the next day. The person answering the phone said she would check to find out what happened and would call me back. I never received a call back.

If you have any bugs within the first 3 months of the treatment, they will come back and spray again at no charge. They usually come out the same day that you call. The staff is nice and they are informative.

Called Atlas a number of times including talking with the President, Mr. J. Harley. They could not find our file or any records and did not return calls or make any effort to continue coverage.

This termite inspector from Atlas was recommended by my realtor. Although he found no current termite infestation, he noted that prior termite control had been used to kill termites. More importantly, he found approximately eight feet of termite damage to the wooden sill plate that holds up the house. I brought the damage to the attention of the seller and he had the sill plate repaired on his dime. Best $60 I've spent in years.
