great -- i called on friday am of a holiday weekend, and Shane was there by 1145. He was very nice, professional, and did a great job. My only other comment is that the glass vacuum job was very good, but not excellent. I would definitely use Nu-pro again.

Set up a same day appointment by calling Tyrone at 8 am. Was told someone would be at my house between 10-12 am. Shawn was the technician. He called when he was 15-20 minutes away, and he arrived at 10:30 or so. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He got the job done in a timely manner and even cleaned up the glass of my shattered former window. Haven't driven the car yet, but this isthe kind of company you just know does a good job and will make good on their repairs if they don't meet your satisfaction.

Called on a Tuesday, spoke with Tyrone who immediately gave me a quote and applied the coupon for Angie's List members. Said they would try to fit me in that afternoon, but as I work from home, I told him Wednesday would be fine. Tyrone called me back the same afternoon to find the best time for me, we agreed on b/n 10:00 and 10:30 Wednesday morning, he told me Shawn would be the technician and that he would call when he was on his way. True to his word, Shawn called me shortly before 10:00 to let me know he was on his way, and arrived about 10 minutes later. Once he removed my windshield, he showed me where the frame had rusted in a couple places causing the crack. He sanded this down and applied primer to the rusted areas. He then discovered that the replacement windshield was the right model #, but the part was incorrect. He was able to go to a nearby warehouse to get the correct part and was back and completed the job. Even with the mix up, it still only took a little over 2 hours, which was not a problem at all. He was very polite and professional and did a fantastic job. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone!!

Very professional, good communication regarding arrival time.

The technician was early, professional and was finished in 45 minutes. The price was exactly what was quoted over the phone. I felt bad because it was hot out that day, but instead of stopping for a break of water or lunch, he completed the job, earlier than I expected, so I had use of the car. I work in the legal profession and know that customer service is key. I wish we employed more people like this gentleman.

The technician called to say he would be arriving within the time frame we had agreed upon. He took great care in removing the window and cleaning up. Overall, it was very quick and painless. Great job, Shawn!

I didn't have to come out to meet and pay them, payment arrangements were easy. No problems with the glass since. It was a specialty order for the glass. They were quick, and it was easy. It was perfect. They were also the least expensive.
