Paul's AV and Electrical Projects

You HAVE TO use Paulâ  s AV & Electric; they are amazing! This is the second time hiring Paulâ  s AV & Electric to mount televisions within the house. On this occasion Brandon, Dante and Danny arrived on time (actually they were in front of the house before the scheduled appointment). All three men were professional, well prepared and exhibited a personable demeanor. They were able to thoroughly discuss the job to be completed. Throughout the installment they ensured the work was exactly what I desired. The job was completed in a timely manner, visually and physically pleasing, and the work area was cleaned. I will definitely hire Paulâ  s AV & Electric for our next project and look forward to Brandon, Dante and Danny to arrive.

Paul and his team showed up promptly, gave me options for a fixed or articulating mount and suggestions I was looking for placement. Then he and his team efficiently went to work relocating the plug behind the TV and hanging the cable box on the wall- cleanly hiding all wiring. Highly recommend Paul s AV.

I called Paul to come out and hang a TV and hide the wiring. This team was fast, efficient, Clean and fun to work with. Paul made sure all my wiring was tied up and neat. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done correctly the first time. They actually showed me things about Verizon box that I didn't know. Very cost efficient as well. I would Highly recommend them, in fact I plan on having them come back and work on more cable management. Thanks guys

They were professional, polite, competent, efficient, and willing to stay later to help on connectivity and interaction with Verizon. I cannot think of anything they could have done better.

When speaking to them on the phone, I made it clear that I wanted to have one of my televisions mounted over the fireplace, and was quoted $150. When they arrived, they seemed to be unaware that I had requested an over the fireplace mounting. The quote went from $150 to $250. I was disappointed, but accepted their new quote. I supplied my own mount for the fireplace. They were unfamiliar with this mount and did only a cursory reading of the manual. Then asked me if I wanted the sound bar attachment put on the television mount, I said no as we do not plan on using a sound bar in this mount. If they had read and made a point of understanding the manual before putting the mount and television up, they would have found that a crucial function of the attachment they asked me about was not solely for mounting a sound bar, but for attaching a handle to allow the television to be moved more easily by hand. After they left, I read through the manual and had to find this out myself. They are the experts, I expected them to take all matters into account and do the job correctly to earn their payment. I then attempted to install the attachment myself, but found that 3 of the 4 crucial, mounting screws for this attachment were missing. I believe they may have taken these screws with them when they left, through a sincere mistake, but now it puts me in the position where I have to contact the TV mount manufacture and explain my situation to them in the hopes that they will be able to help me. Also, I had another TV I needed mounting in my basement, and they put it up just fine, no problem there, but they did not vacuum or clean up the drywall dust they created when they drilled into my wall. But disappointed by that. They performed this service upstairs when finished with mounting the television over the fireplace. One more minor complaint. One of the gentlemen was drinking a cup of coffee I believe, He sat it down on my window sill. He forgot it there when he left and by the time I noticed it, it had left a brown ring on my window sill. I attempted to clean it off with a disinfectant wipe, but to no avail. In closing, the two gentlemen that came to my house were friendly. But they also seem to be hackers. My definition of a hacker in this situation being someone that is not for sure precisely how something should be done, doe not necessarily read and understand all directions, but plows ahead any figuring they will deal with any issue that might arise, they hack their way through it. However, that is not what one expects from an expert that is charging a pretty penny. Also, at the end I was expecting my bill to be $350, but it was $370. The reason for the additional $20 was not explained to me, and I did not ask. My two cents.
