They evaluated the sound bar upon arrival and determined, after diagnostics, it was no longer working. Promptly installed new sound bar. Project was completed in an hour.

Paul's AV Service 'went the extra mile' to satisfy my wishes when mounting new flat screen. Arrived on time, and worked professionally to give me perfect job. Was also responsive in returning phone calls when establishing convenient appointment time for me. Will contact with future tv projects.

Paul has many years experience installing surveillance camera systems and now runs his own company. I found Paul to be very knowledgeable and he made several very good recommendations to maximize coverage. Paul (& his crew) arrived on time and completed professional install in about 4.5 hrs. Prices were fair and I would highly recommend to others.

I spoke and setup the project with Paul. He was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with via phone and email. He was very reasonable with pricing as I found the speakers for slightly a lower price, which he matched. Josh and Dillon came out for the job. They were on time, very professional, and easy to speak with. They explained everything very clearly and helped to get everything just perfect.
