I hired this company to do a complete remodel on my kitchen but once they got my deposit it has been one long nightmare. I ve waited 9 months since I signed on with them. They don t ever seem to know what is going on and have not pulled one permit. Now I haven t had a kitchen for months and have to hire someone else to come in and fix what they messed up and actually finish the job. They are dishonest and try to take advantage of people by overcharging and cutting corners. I don t know how they are still allowed to stay in business.

They do not follow up on mistakes made in a hurry call number of time once had money never returned calls or fix the problem

Bobby and Whitney were GREAT! They worked around our schedule during both visits and always on time. They explained everything throughly and made me feel very comfortable with the pricing/outcome. The project manager was also very nice and had a above and beyond attitude! Im looking forward to the renovation of our kitchen in 3-4 weeks.

On time quality workers and work. Kept me informed every strp of the way.Finished job in 2 days except for extra long countertop.

This company built a handicap ramp for me and my wife. We are both handicapped. After 6 years I found out that the wood underneath the deck was untreated wood and had rotted. I called the company and they refused to fix the ramp at their cost. This was a 20 K ramp which I was told later was very overpriced. They tried to use aggressive sales techniques by giving three different quote prices for different time frames of being hired. They said they did not have any records of the sale. I had the copy of canceled check and a copy of the order and said I can show that to them. They said they did not care and would not respond in any way to that information. The surface of the ramp looks good to others - as I am totally blind. This is not a good company and it should not be hired in any way.

Do not do business with this company. The worse customer service I have ever experienced. Meet with them in July, 2019. The project did not get started until September 17, 2019. Every day it was something different. They would order the wrong parts or not enough that was needed. My husband would take off work only for no one to even show up. When calling them, you always got the run around. I will never ever work with them again. IF you need a project done, go someone else. The customer should always be treated right when paying. Never ever again.

This is a company I would not recommend. The salesman said that it would take 5 days to do the bathroom. The supervisor said 8 days. It took 24 days. Had one crew and sent an email to company after the 4th day when they finished putting up the tile in the shower. It was shoddy, with broken tile and uneven placement on the wall. The supervisor came and inspected and agreed with us. He let that crew go and brought on another crew. However, after a week of the crew not showing up, the supervisor sent another crew. This crew did the job and took them 7 days to do. After complaining all the way up the management chain, the best I could get out of them for the difficulties they put us through was supposedly a check for $250 (we will see about that) and the next job would be at cost. Like there would be a next job... Stay away from them if you have any sense.

We hired this company to finish our basement. After the sales man come by and gave long and painful 4-5 hours very loud speech about their product, we decided to go with them for their product for basement walls that are removable and the promise that it will be done in 2 week, well 10 weeks later the project is still not completed. Sales guy promised that the trained crew comes and finish everything within 2 weeks or even 10 days, because they are not **just another Jose**, those were exact words of the sales guy... well who shows up on our front door comes the start of the project, just one guy - Jose... Of course it was more for one person to chew and the project took like 6 weeks instead, then comes the dog show, where everything that was installed was not leveled... Another 2 weeks for fixing that, then the pipe that they installed broke and leaked wanted, we are yet to hear for them to finish what they started... Avoid this company by all means.

There was a slight glitch in my initial order and a major change took place, however my new Slider was installed 7/29/2019 and I am very pleased.

Windows are nice but a little overpriced in my opinion. On day of installation, our installer did not show up as he had a breakdown so a loss day of work. The next day he arrived and started working even though he had no helper. A quote of “two” days from the installation manager to have the job done took six. Don’t get me wrong though, our installer had problems getting our old windows out as we live in a condominium, 2nd floor . Jeremiah did above and beyond to make us happy. He took his time to do the job correct and never cut corners and was always professional. Thank you Jeremiah for a job well done!!!

Remodel USA, did a terrific job on my kitchen. The job was completed early and on budget.

Remodel USA is a great company to work with! They are very professional and dedicated to giving top notch quality of product and service. Their goal is customer service, not to get every cent possible from you. We had doors and windows replaced in the garage and they look great! No shortcuts were taken in the installation process. There was an issue with the final price, which was higher, than what was originally quoted. But Remodel USA honored the original quote! Alexandra the sales rep, Brad a manager, Lou the project manager, Roger the installer, and all the personnel in the office that we spoke with on the phone are pleasant to work with. They went to great lengths to ensure that we got what we wanted and the details were right. We will definitely be using their services for other projects! Remodel USA is a company that we will be highly recommending to our friends and family.

Excellent work. Very professional staff. Tom did an excellent job of addressing the leak over my kitchen. Eric did a phenomenal job of replacing my kitchen ceiling, building my sunroom amd installing a new kitchen floor. Everything is absolutely beautiful! Rocko and the office personnel maintained frequent contact in order to inform me of the timetable and check on my level of satisfaction. Pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

They were courteous, thorough, simple and to work with. Maria did an awesome job.

Great result, I was shocked at price and customer service after project was completed. It took 5 to 8 calls to get the right person to address 2 issues. Also, they kept calling me to start another project and when I’d say they needed to address something first the person seemed not to hear me.

The whole process was explained and all our questions were answered. The gentleman went over everything that would be done and was there when we met with the project manager and crew. The whole project took less than a month and looks amazing. We are very happy with our choice.

September 2018: Remodel USA completed a full kitchen remodel project for me and they did a wonderful job. Remodel USA installed new cabinets, counter top, light fixtures, electrical outlets, new appliances, sink and garbage disposal, flooring, and painted the walls. I am completely satisfied with their work.

I was impressed with the completed project but we encountered some issues during the process. My concerns were promptly addressed by Dominick in resolving the problems. However, I'm not completely satisfied wit the wall. They were wall Papered which left a lot of imperfections to paint over and can now be seen through the new paint. The remainder of the bathroom looks very good except for the vanity which does not look of good quality and not durable. the drawers stick and you can see where the knobs were installed. William and the workers were very punctual and were careful in protecting my home from damage.

Our saleslady was very professional and completely answered all of our questions concerning our bathroom remodel. The workers were very professional, always on time and considerate of our home. They took great care to not cause any damage. William and his crew were very thorough. The job was also completed ahead of time. A job well done!! We would highly recommend Remodel USA.
