I am far from pleased with the process from start to finish. Percy Melendez was my assigned project manager and was not very communicative prior to the work being scheduled. When the contractors completed the work, I noticed that they had not completed the tiling underneath my washer/dryer, and the trim around the new tile work did not match the rest of the house. The contractors told me that they had run out of tile and would need to re-order more and come back to finish the job. Percy also agreed that the tiling and matched trim could be done at a later date. I requested that he put this in writing, but that never happened. After multiple texts, emails, and phone calls to no avail, I was finally able to get a response from another project manager about this fix. Percy finally contacted me and sang a very different tune. He said that the contractors were unable to move the washer to do the tiling and that they were not instructed that the trim match was necessary. Within 2 months of the tile work being completed, it was already lifting and catching on all the doors. The contractors came back over 4 months later and finished the work. However, on the phone, Percy told me that if the issues still persisted with the doors, he would have a resolve to fix the issue, even if it was a few years down the line. I asked him to again put this in writing, and he has not yet. I have again sent a few texts to him asking for this and nothing. The work itself is average, which is disappointing as it cost nearly $20K. I would definitely NOT recommend using Remodel USA for any renovation needs.

Mounted my on-demand hot water heater UPSIDE DOWN. The instructions said not to, or even sideways for fear of a water leaking on the electronics. It took me a day to turn it upside right. Did not calk the tub and wall of the shower. Poor bracing of the shower head did not hook up the drain. I am disabled, with heart and blood pressure issues and frozen shoulder joints. A simple job for others, is a day long job for me. I did say that I would put up the trim the walk in tub. These guys might be a good demo team or ok to work on decking. But not fine carpentry.

Pros: We had a Kohler shower installed. We love it. I am elderly and have limited mobility, and this was essential in allowing us to stay in our home. The subcontractors who did the installation were skilled, helpful, and left the room super-clean every night during the very complicated removal of the old bath/shower and installation of the new one. We are very satisfied with their work. The arrangements in preparation for the installation were pretty good, though we were not offered a way to communicate via email or text with the project and installation managers at Remodel USA, only phone. Sometimes they were hard to reach, but they always got back to us, pre-installation. Cons: No one called soon after installation to ask how things went and if there were any problems. We have never received a manual or other information on how to care for our very expensive shower, in spite of asking different people multiple times. I found only limited information online. One person said the salesman who sold us the shower should have provided a brochure or manual, but all he did was try to get work from us on the side. We have also had at least one call every week or two since installation, by at least four different people who say they are quality control managers, but except in one case, they did not ask about the shower, but rather offered us a discount on future work. Each time, I have said we don't need anything else done, but we keep getting calls. Every time, I ask for a manual, but don't get one. When I called our project manager and left a message, I never heard back. So: good product, good work, but poor follow up.

The Presenter did an excellent job very impressive. Excellent products. The installers did an excellent job. The only problem, bad customer service on the part of the presenter and the manager, neither returned my text and call. Carrie in the office was very helpful by providing me with the information I needed. I am enjoying my stand up shower.

We paid $24,000 to have kitchen cabinets refaced and updated. The work was done by an excellent crew, in two days. HOWEVER, we have waited over 6 months for a followup to correct a couple of issues. The project manager never returns calls. When he came (8 weeks after installation ) to see what I needed fixed, he said that he and the workers all live in MD, DC or VA and it is inconvenient for them to come to Lancaster County PA. So it would take a while. Five months later I am still waiting. They should not advertise in territory that they can not adequately service.

Dont use this company, the salesmen Laurence will sell you a bag of lies about their business and customer service and it is the worst. I was initially charged over 50,000 for my basement project and I told him no I do not want to pay anything over 30,000. He was able to get it down to 30,000 . The work was to began 6-8 weeks that was in March, the work was just completed last week. I received only one phone call about the delays and was told they were waiting on my permit which they received at least a month before they actually started the job. The project manager did not return my text or phone calls. After the work was completed I was called by the President of the company he did not ask one question regarding service he only called to ask me to sign document via email. I got no follow-up about the special walls or anything else and he did not even bother to say . I will make sure the project manager follows up with you and top of everything the company that is handling my financing is charging my $25k worth of interest which brings my total to over $50k. Bad Bad Bad company I warn you beware!!!!

Do not use this company. They do not have any sense of urgency to get the job done. They waited two months after I signed to order material and then said that my items were on backorder. They had to take a door from another job to complete mine. And now after a week and a half using the shower, there is water damage on my first floor ceiling. And forget trying to call anyone,you get directed to multiple voice-mails. This company is terrible. I repeat, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

They do not honor their warranty. I never had plumbing problems until they installed the new kitchen. Since the kitchen was installed, I have had nothing but plumbing problems. The pipes from the garbage disposal fell apart, wet the cabinets, and floor. I had to hire an outside plumber to come in and fix it because Remodel USA did not return my telephone calls and refused to reimburse me for the expense. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely a terrible company. Do not use them. My husband and I had a sales rep (Gregory) come out to give us a quote and showed us the product. Through the process, he kept calling the president to see if he could authorize special discounts for us. When my husband and I decided that we wanted to use this company, we signed the contract, and we were told we would have a product manager call us in the next couple of days to come out and remeasure just to ensure there were not any mistakes. They emailed us the contract a week later with the wrong color, and it took 6 times of sending it back for them to confirm the color change. After a few days, they called us and told us that color was discontinued, and they had a completely different product. Gregory was supposed to bring the new color samples to our home so we could pick a new one and sent us a photo instead. Without even getting to see the new product they asked us to pick a new color, which we did. The sales associate was unaware of the color change for over a week. After another week 3 men showed up at my home while my husband and I were at work and measured without us there, no warning, and completely unannounced in an unmarked vehicle and entered our back yard without permission (we have a dog with a dog door as well). When we called to ask if it was their company, they had no idea. Finally, a woman called us to let us know they had scheduled without our knowledge to have the contractor come out 4 days later and did not know why they showed up that day. Then the company does not get back to us about any start date or plans for a month. The salesman told us it would be completed in 4-6 weeks from the day he was there. It has now been almost two months and I checked my email and a refund had been issued. With no call and no reason why they canceled our order and when we called Dillion Temples, he had no idea what was going on. We have preceded to play phone tag with the president, Mr. Khader for several days. Finally, when we got in contact with Dillion again he ultimately recommended using a different company that he used to side his house! He blamed the contractors for all of the mistakes with this process and said they separated ties with that company for their unreliability. Their own employees do not even get their work done there! We told him we would still like to try to use them if there is any way we could push it out because we are both leaving for a couple of months and thought it would be done by now, and we did not want to have to start all over, so Dillion promised he would show up today at 4:30 to do the remeasure himself and sign a new contract. At 7 we called him because we have not heard anything and he asked to reschedule. If you want to be strung along and end up disappointed this is the company for you.

This is the absolute worst company to deal with that I have ever encountered. They put ceramic tile in entry way, hallway, kitchen and laundry room. There were problems that I noticed right away after install and they assured me they would be back to fix. Several calls from people in company promising me they would send someone out to fix. Nothing has happened. I got a call from Martin almost two weeks ago after they read my review in the website. He told me there was nothing in my file indicating a problem!!!! Martin promised me he would be in touch with me and it would be fixed. Almost two weeks and nothing has happened and no more calls from Martin. If Remodel USA contacts you, hang up and contact a reputable flooring specialist. I am out over $25,000. I have a floating floor that is separating between the tiles and places where they cut my door frames way to high as well as where they cut the tile too small and it does not cover the floor underneath.
