I was impressed with their presentation but the man that I was working with became pushy about financing. They didn't completely restore the parts of the house that they had to disassemble to get the tub in, for example the molding around the door was not put back on properly.

Reaching back when I had questions took a whole, I did not like the pricing payment schedule. They did not want to work with the other bathroom and now I have to find a different company to do that work.

My original review was done during the project, after seeing my review I was contacted by the vp of the company and he has done all he could to get the project done in the best way possible. While I would not recommend the plumber (chris) due to poor work ethics the other employees have tried to do all they could to make the project go well.
