Description of Work: My garage door would close intermittently and I called Billy fully expecting a service call that would cost a pretty penny. Billy asked about the problem. When I explained, he asked me to go out into the garage and walked me through adjusting the sensors MYSELF over the phone. He was very polite and professional and definately knew what he was doing. It was very refreshing to find a service provider who would provide his expertise to a simple problem at no cost. After "I" successfully repaired the door with Billy's kind instruction, he joking said "Next time call me when you have a real problem"!!! When I do have a real problem you can bet I'll be calling Billy Doors!! Great service!
