Very pleasant, reliable, and informative.

I have called twice for an invoice after payment and have not received one. I also called for additional work he recommended but no response.

I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks to resolve a problem and have had no return calls. Now can't even leave a nessage. I get "message box is full" or "the person you are trying to reach is not taking calls at this time please try again later"

Fast response and work done

Testa was the 1st of the 3 to call me back and the others didn't even call until customer service of homeadvisor asked how things were going and I told them nobody else called but testa. They were exceptional in every way. They replaced an asphalt driveway and it looks perfect. they even picked up some jobs while there as my house looks like a Model home on a magazine.

Jim Testa and his men did an outstanding job on our driveway. They took obvious care to make sure the edges looked good and joined the sidewalk and road properly. My only criticism is that they could have been more responsive to showing up when promised. But I can overlook that given the terrific end job.

Vito the Manager and his team were cordial, clean and professional. They executed the job as promised and beautifully. Highly recommended.

We have a spot in the winter that really expands and creates a huge lump in driveway...it goes away after the spring thaw - not sure what can be done for this problem

Vito Testa, the owner, was very prompt in returning my call and giving an estimate for the work required. He was professional and friendly too! Vito took extra time to correct a poorly done job by the last company I hired to seal my driveway. Testa wasn't the cheapest estimate I had received but I have learned my lesson that you get what you pay for. It was well worth the extra money to have it done properly. Thanks Vito! Highly recommend this business!

Very nice family

Very fast, arrived early and got the job done in a day. Very efficient.

3 months after initial work I am waiting on completion of the job and commitments he made to me before I paid him. I fear my money was wasted. After calls and emails he refuses to reach back to me. Lesson learned. Please beware of his initial claims of honesty and hard work, even with his strong handshake. He is not trustworthy nor interested in providing any measure of customer service. Stay clear!

I'm not sure what happened to some of the customers who gave Testa a bad review, but I had a great experience with them. Jim Testa came out and gave me an honest and straightforward verbal estimate. He then sent me a written estimate detailing exactly what we talked about and the same prices. We then decided to scale down our project, and Jim still honored his itemized pricing despite the project scope change. My driveway is not very long (maybe about 3 car lengths), but it hadn't been taken care of by previous owners in the past and had numerous potholes, cracks, and large chunks were missing in the area where the driveway met the street. Testa came out and did the work in one morning - took all of maybe 3 hours, and they did a beautiful job. I found the owner to be honest and efficient, and thorough. Sure, maybe competitors could have beat his price, but I don't think they would have done as good of a job, and I don't think I would have gotten the same level of service from someone else. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Paved driveway in April, forgot about contract signed in Jan. My old driveway was in better condition that the one installed. Have filed complaints with appropriate agencies. Had experts evaluate, each said it needed to be redone with appropriate materials and methods. Driveway does not meet industry standards for residential applications, did not put down what the contract specified and charged me an additional 200 bucks or else he would negate the 3 year warranty. If I could give all zeros I would, and check out BBB, I'm not the only one. He is now unlicensed in the State of Maryland. License expired Sept 2014, he did not renew. Multiple complaints filed against him with Maryland Home Improvement Commission

After some period of negotiations, the work was performed within the scheduled time and with good quality.
