Description of Work: Kelvin Scruggs did a great job for us on a particularly tricky ant infestation. He took care of one kind of ant that had gotten into the house--and then came back again to treat a larger type of ant that seemed to come in just as the smaller ones were leaving! Kelvin was professional, informative, and very friendly and positive. We were certainly use Pest Patrol's services again.

Description of Work: Pest Patrol provided extermination services for ants at our home in Bowie. The office manager Cheryl was very responsive on my initial call and scheduled the appointment for a day with a no rain forecast so the technician could see the ants in action. She confirmed the appointment over the phone the day before. Technician Kelvin was knowledgeable, professional, punctual and hit the spot with the ant problem. Within hours there were no ants in sight. He took the care to tell us when it would be safe to let our pets run around treated areas. I higly recommend their services.

The everyone, including the technician who came to the house, were great to deal with. The evening of the application, we noticed the asian mosquitos still got (tough little suckers); albeit there were fewer of them. Unfortunately, that was the goal of the application: getting rid of the mosquito's, which we know is very hard to do in DC. We would use them again, but perhaps with more realistic expectations next time. -- Update -- Over the course of the following weeks the spray performed as advertised. Even the asian tigers that love to chew on my wife were repelled and didn't bother her. We would definitely use their service again. As a result, I have updated the rating to an A.

When I made the appointment it was easy and they were able to come the same day which was great for our schedule. Kelvin was on time, very nice and professional. He took time to listen and explain what the service would do and how it works. Couldn't ask for better service! I highly recommend Pest Patrol and I will definitely call on them for future services!

Cheryl and Kelvin are very nice and professional. He arrived ahead of time and finished spraying my front yard by the time I got home. He gave me advice and went the extra mile to spray in my unused broken hot tub. I would use their service again. I give them a C for quality because I still see ants moving around in my yard and I still get bitten by mosquitos here and there, but it was hot that day so I guess the service wasn't as effective as it should, and you probably can't get rid of all mosquitos with a single service.

The treatment you purchased was Not an ant treatment. As we informed you prior to and after the mosquito/tick treatment; the service you purchased was specifically for mosquito/tick activity. The mosquito/tick treatment reduces the mosquito/tick activity for up to a few weeks. As we explained to you prior and after your treatment; the elements such as rain may affect the treatment residual. Also, the standing water in your broken hot tub, the lumber pile stacked against the fence/house, wood pieces scattered and the tire in your yard will increase pest activity and harborage.
