Mr. Dornisch responded to our call quickly and was very cooperative in getting to us as soon as possible. He was courteous and very professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and did try to save us money where possible. We were very pleased.

I had a problem with the back up drain of my washing machine. The water didn’t drain fast enough. The plumber who came out got up on the roof and ran a snake down. He was not happy because he just couldn’t do it the way he wanted. We’ll see if it worked. He was a very decent man. I have nothing against him. He was good. I would probably use this company again in the future.

He could not find the issue and so, he did an assessment of what the issue might be. He did not do any work. I had to pay for the assessment to be done. He was professional and on time. He did a thorough assessment or inspection of what the possible problems could be. Unfortunately, he could not find it. I don't know if anything stood out about him. He was the second person that I had come over to assess the issue and he pretty much said the same thing. So, I was very confident that both the plumbers knew as to what they were talking about. The assessment was a little bit high but other than that, it was fine. I was confident that the issue that had been reported by my tenant wasn’t a mechanical issue but something that they had done.

The guy came over in very short time. He said he could get the part, but it would cost a couple hundred. However, he suggested I went to get the part and fix it myself. He showed me how to do it and only charged me $20.00. I will definetly use him when I have a major plumbing problem.

Called and spoke to owner right away--told him my problems, set up appointment. He came on time, fixed the problems in a timely manner for a fair price. I would definitely use again.

The clearing of the drain was a success and we have had no trouble since.

Great service! We called him on a Sunday and he came out the next day. He was able to identify the likely cause of the problem and fixed it very quickly. I would definitely hire him again.

He thought he might be running late, so called to let us know so we wouldn't worry that he wasn't coming. He was very responsive, polite, professional, neat, personable, and he gave us a 10% off senior discount when we asked for it (saw it on his website.) We would definitely use him again, and would not hesitate to recommend him for any plumbing repairs. Not only did we find him on Angie's List, but later found that friends had used him before and also thought very highly of him too.

The work was done as promised at the price of the estimate. I was pleased with the work and with the attitude and professionalism of the provider. We will choose him again when plumbing needs arise in the future.

I recently had a new tub surround installed and subsequently developed a water hammer when turning off the shower. Called Mike & explained the issue, and decided to (finally) get cutoff valves installed on my main floor's bathroom (builder - in 1968 - did not include cutoffs & although I've had a plumber in to replace the faucet at least once before, I never realized that cutoffs were not included in the work previously done). After showing him the water hammer in the tub wall, Mike installed cutoffs in the downstairs bathroom while I gained better access to the tub valve through a hall closet. He installed the cutoffs and then came upstairs & anchored the hot & cold feeder pipes to studs located in the wall. Thought both the quality of work was first-rate & the price was very reasonable.

Mike was (a) the most responsive & (b) had the best price, and the most info re my options. Knocked out the job in about 90 minutes (needed an extension tailpiece for the install)-explained eveything. He is extremely professional, and is/was willing to let you know when he's wrapping up one job so you can meet him at home.

Our kitchen did not have a dishwasher. After speaking on the phone, Mike arranged to come to our home within a week for a new dishwasher installation. Mike was on time, professional and kind. He explained everything he planned to do and gave updated explanations as work progressed. All work was done efficiently and with expertise. We will definitely use Diamond Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and will refer him to our neighbors.

Overall, it went well. He provided some objective advice about my leaking kitchen faucet, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time; also cleaned up after he got finished.

We have previously used Diamond Plumbing and knew we wanted Mike's expert work when we chose a plumber to install a new toilet and vanity in two of our bathrooms. Mike arrived promptly, worked efficiently and cleaned up work site spotlessly. I like the way Mike explains exactly what he is going to do and discusses any deviation with you no matter how minor to insure that it meets with your approval. He explained how he would have to build out the pipe connections from the wall because the new vanities had backs (where the old ones did not). One of the toilets was loose and he explained how that could indicate a bad flange (which would be an additional cost). Luckily, the flange was not broken and the cost of the job came in right on target. You can expect a reasonable price and excellent, professional work when you hire Diamond Plumbing.

Job, as all the work Mike has done for us, was professional. Sealed the base of each toilet and washed the bathroom floor. I only wish his prices were a lower. But I am getting more than what I paid for because of Mike's thorough work.

Excellent and professional service. The contractor was very prompt, courteous and completed the job in a very short amount of time. The other reports posted on Angie's List helped me decide on a plumbing contractor for this job and any other services I may need in the future.

My wife likes the gentleman that came out to do the work. He is hardworking, punctual and his prices are reasonable. He is responsive and has always cleaned up after himself.

I called Mike because I've used him in the past. At the time I was unaware he was on Angie's List. He came the same day I called to look at the problem. The only delays were due to my schedule and his being able to track down an appropriatly sized/shaped sink. Due to a delay at the supplier, he arrived about an hour later than planned, but he called to let me know. The job was completed on time. He did a great job, as always.

I called. Mike showed up when he said he would. He performed the job I asked him to at the price we agreed to and he completed the job on time. I could not have asked for a better result.
