It went great. The plumber was prompt and very professional. The new exterior faucet works great. Repairing the leak was a little more complicated once it was found, but Mike did a super job. The cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use Diamond Plumbing again.

I have used services of Diamond Plumbing a few times with satisfaction. In this August 2020 faucet repair, he assessed what I needed ahead of the service call through texting photos, wore a mask, and the repair was very efficient. Excellent service.

He was able to fix the self flushing toilet the same day and had to order the parts for the faucet. He rescheduled in about a week and would call if any issues came up. He was attentive to detail and very professional.

My vessel sink faucet in the bathroom was not running hot water and the kitchen sink sprayer did not work. Diamond cleaned out debris from the water supply line in the bathroom and installed a diverter for the faucet sprayer to work properly.

The plumber explained that he was using a new sump pump from a new manufacture. He had an average price from the 7 other plumber I contacted. However he sounded more professional that most of the other companies and he was the owner and not a contractor. He arrived at the agreed time. He installed it in a timely manner. When it was up and running an alarm was active and he was not able to correct the problem. The pump worked ok, but the alarm would not stop. He spent an hour or two making calls to the manufacture. He left with the agreement to correct the problem within the next several days. He did not want the payment for services until it was correct. It took several months and several calls to the manufacture, regional service centers, etc. I now have a new sump pump with battery backup. The plumber was very diligent in informing me of the status of the repair during all of this time. The job was done fantastically, very professional. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work and the results. I will continue to use this company for any future work needed.

He is customer oriented and knowledgeable. He's great about explaining the issue and the work that needs be done.

Mike's customer service is excellent. He called ahead of his arrival time (scheduled between 10 a.m. and 12 noon) to inform us that he would be 15 minutes late. He discovered that the PVC j-trap was cracked--visually inspected PVC myself--and yes, it was cracked and needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend Mike at Diamond Plumbing to all our friends and neighbors.

I called Mike to explain that we had a leak that was constantly running in the upstairs bathroom tub. When I made the appointment, he asked me to text him a picture of the area from about "18 in. away and at about a 45 degree angle". He also asked me to send him the brand name of the fixtures. I thought it was a good idea for him to prepare ahead, know what he was dealing with and possibly order the necessary parts before the actual appointment. Mike was punctual and professional on the day of the repair. He said he was very familiar with this type of home, as Levitt and Sons had built many developments with similar homes, all over the Bowie and Crofton area about fifty years ago. He gave me an estimate for $475.00. He also let me know, in advance , that while he had done this type of work "hundreds of times" , in only two instances the work had led to more extensive repairs because of the age of the plumbing. He described what could happen and if it did then the cost could double. I thought that was fair and professional to tell me in advance of performing the work. Mike completed the work (without complications) in about an hour and a half and he did not have to break any of the tile or drywall to complete the repair. Also, the cost of the repair came in $25.00 under his estimate. I would definitely call Diamond Plumbing again and would recommend them highly to anyone in the area looking for a fair and professional plumber.

It was great !! Mike is a very kind & understanding man. I just wish I could have found him before now. He would have saved me so much money that I wasted in the past. He was very knowledgeable & took pride in his work. Mike is very honest & he took his time & gave total detail to the task at hand. I was pleased with the service -- very professional. The appointment was made in advance. Mike called the day before to confirm. He arrived at the agreed time, did a fine job, answered my questions, and he cleaned the area upon completing the work. He was very pleasant to work with.

The plumber came out and took a look at the issue and informed me that it was something I could fix myself and told me how. I was able to fix the problem myself later that day. I was very impressed with his honesty. I will definitely use them in the future.
