Its a small company. I have used them in the past and I have a maintenance contract with them. Their techs are extremely experienced, they know their work, and they probably have the best prices for any heating and cooling companies. You won't beat their price. They are honest and they really really know what they are doing. However, the problem is they are really small. The owner of the company who is also one of the main techs, he for a long time he was also handling all their administrative, billing, and everything. So I had a really bad experience in terms of professionalism on this last visit. Like just getting a few rude texts and messages, calling after hours, and really just things that are unacceptable. I will say that I got a call from some women that said she was just hired a couple of days after my service visit. She said she had been hired to get things back on track administratively and basically put them on a more professionally place in dealing with customers, so the owner could focus on service appointments and things like that. What he does best. So I have my pros and cons with working with them.
